I highly suggest that you read everything. Not everything here is rules! There are a lot of helpful suggestions for making this an enjoyable experience for everyone. I know there's a lot, but it'll help both you and the staff in the long run. Rather than asking about everything on the cbox, you can simply find everything you need here. (And if it's not here, pester us all you want.)
I highly recommend that you talk on the cbox if only for the purpose of getting integrated into the community. Get to know the other members and let them get to know you a bit! Don't be afraid to just pop on and say hi. I will ask that you please be respectful, though. You're entitled to your opinion, but I would like you to respect everyone else's as well. And please, keep unnecessary drama and/or pointless arguments out of the cbox. The cbox is for taking it easy.

Please don't argue with a staff member, or anyone for that matter. But if a mod or myself tell you that you can't do something there will usually be a reason for it, so please don't get all bent out of shape about it. This isn't to say we aren't open to suggestions though. If you have an idea or something that doesn't exactly fit with rules that you would like to try, then by all means, make your case.
Avoid double-posting (posting in a thread more than once in a row). We also highly discourage RPing between two characters owned by one person. It certainly defeats the purpose, does it not? Nevertheless, I won't ban it. I will simply judge you silently in the distance.
We have a word limit. But, for the sake of keeping things simple, it's only 100 words. Of course, you're more than welcome to make longer posts. By all means, push the limits of your creativity!
I don't mind a little swearing, but don't go dropping F-bombs simply for the sake of dropping F-bombs. Try to keep in mind that there might be someone who is offended by such language. Same goes with sexuality. No explicit details whatsoever though. ProBoards does not permit the posting of adult material. This includes roleplaying adult themes.
No posting in the RP area until your profile has been approved. If your profile hasn't been moved to the approved section, then it hasn't been approved. You're free to post in any of the OOC threads, though.
Very important note. Please do not pester the mods to mod your threads. It isn't going to make them get modded any faster. We are very good about modding threads as it is, with everything being modded within less than a day of actually posting. We simply ask that you be patient.
