Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

The rat lunged in once more. As for what sort of attack it was going for. . . That would remain a mystery. Instead, the rat took the several slashes that came from the humans, thoroughly slicing the beast up. It had been defeated finally.
Mission accomplished!

...Well then. That proved to be decisive. With just a few more strokes of the blade, the party had knocked out the Raticate. Or in laymen's terms, slain the Shadow. In the wake of its odious dissipation the creature left behind three trinkets, presumably a reward for making it minced meat. Kaitou flicked one of the prizes over to him with his sword, pocketing it. The thin didn't smell nearly as bad as the rat had, but he'd sell it tomorrow regardless.
"Perhaps I'm compensating for the lack of brainpower in those I push around," he replied wryly as he turned around before giving Tatsuma a firm pat on the shoulder. "Regardless, that thing seemed a lot weaker than The Thinker, yeah? Hah. Good job today."
After sheathing Ikusaba he then turned to the older woman, yanking his gloves and flu mask off as well. "Nn, Tachibana, correct? Thank you for your support today. Before you go, I was wondering if you could spare time for some small talk. I've been meaning to get in touch with you since the battle at the shrine."

The shadow’s posture wasn’t a farce in the end, it was indeed near death when the last set of slashes cut into it. Behemoth roared as it faded back into Tatsuma’s mind, all the while thrashing around in annoyance upon being sealed back into the human. He watched the rat disappear into nothing.
"Perhaps you are." Tatsuma grinned and eyed the place the sewer rat had been some moments before. He automatically swatted Kaitou’s hand that patted his shoulder away. "Come on, of course it was weaker." He walked to the two remaining trinkets and lightly kicked one of them with his shoe before picking it up. He didn’t have to say it out loud that he liked accessories, but he had some doubts wearing one that appeared from the corpse of a shadow.
He could hear Kaitou talking to the girl, and Tatsuma resisted a snort.Small talk, huh? Man, that guy is quick. He couldn’t think more about how Kaitou was already hitting on the chick of their current team, as a big slam from Behemoth within his mind made his head hurt. He would have preferred to stay and converse with the two, but he had a bad feeling about his other self at that moment. Closing his eyes for a bit before turning away, Tatsuma tried to keep his voice light as he walked past the two. "I guess I should just go and leave you two to your date, right? Catch you around the city. Maybe." Now that he had memorized the girl’s name and face, he could at least recognize her if he bumped into her later. As for Kaitou, he had a feeling they would meet during other battles again.

Seemed the enemy was dead. Reacting on the woman's will, Yaksa utilized Mediarahan, healing what damage had been incurred by the trio. By the time the spell had finished, the woman was sheathing her blade. Once the blade returned home, the woman's Persona faded. She pocketed her own spoil of the battle before looking to the two youths that had been at her side. Seemed one wanted to speak with her- rather, he wanted to speak with her since that chaotic display at the shrine. The other boy was about ready to head off. Well, that was fine.
On both accounts.
"It was a team effort. There's no need for gratitude." True enough words. They listed up for the same mission. How she acted was simply a result of that. She was fortunate, despite them being weaker than Ayakura and Luka, to have had competent allies. Even if this youth hadn't used a Persona. Or perhaps lacked one altogether. "Take care." She nodded towards Kirihara, the statement a pleasantry and delivered by a neutral expression. At that point, she focused on the Nagano boy. He wanted to speak with her, hm? Well, it served as an excuse to linger and search. Perhaps this would be a one-time trip to the sewers, after all?
"If you wish to speak with me, then accompany me. I intend to search around before heading back." Without another word, or even waiting for acknowledgement, the woman turned on her heel and proceeded deeper into the sewer system. If he truly desired to discuss something of import, then he would not back down simply because of foul smells or unpleasant sights. Of course, if backed down, that was fine, too.
After all, he looked about the age her students would have been, had none of that mess occurred.
