Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Akira stepped right along into the Gap, as always, with zero hesitation or qualms regarding the ethics behind his actions. Sure, the junk he had might have belonged to someone in the past, might have had monetary or sentimental value, but those times were over. No, the present had much more simple standards. What junk was there to be gotten should be gotten for the sake of trades. The more money he had, the more he could work with his existing gear and better it. The last major battle had been nasty. Too much chaos, too much bickering, and all over small things! The youth had to wonder if there was a better way to go about it. If he became stronger, maybe he'd be able to split the issues that popped up? There was that chance.
Still, people trying to play the role of a leader by interjecting commands was never going to go over well. People needed to run on instinct and do what they knew best. At least, that was the case when the groups in question were small. Unfortunately, their group had grown to an extreme. This meant a few things, but the biggest issues were disorder and growing animosity between the existing forces they had. This wasn't going to have some textbook answer that could be found in a game manual. It also wasn't going to be as simple a S-ranking a mission in an SRPG. No, things. . . things weren't going to be that simple, sadly.

Once again, Akira had junk. Like always, Akira brought it to the Gap, where the crazy blonde woman resided. As could be expected, he carelessly dumped things upon the counter and awaited his payment. Similar to every other trip, the boy in drag just kept a pleasant-enough expression of his face while he waited. And, like every other trip, he went into thought, considering exactly what strange and perverse reasons this woman had to gather such junk from all over the place. Finally, it hit him, and he came to a conclusion. This woman had a hoarding fetish and refused to go off and leave her collection unmanned. It all made sense now!

Akira, again, entered the Gap. He was there to drop his junk off and get paid. Other than that, he didn't really have a purpose in lingering. He hadn't caught whiff of another mentioning of the “Lardass Ogre”, so it seemed that that deflation act had been good enough to end the legend once and for all. Legends, however, never died. It would remain within his mind for a time. Then be forgotten. But the legend would never truly die. The crossdresser just awaited his pay. After that, he'd likely just head back to town. Nothing else to do out there, really. Just Shadow-smashing. Though, that had, honestly, gotten a little boring for the time being. He was a little burnt out.
