Rikki had been exploring the outer circle for quite some time now, having gotten familiar with the majority of the Western City. But funnily enough, the boy had only recently learned about the Strange Blonde Woman living in a seemingly safe building known as The Gap. The first time he visited, got acquainted, and chatted with the woman a bit. Though to be honest, she wasn't all that fun to talk to. She dodged his questions quite a bit and even teased him a bit. Though, she did give him a bit of information on the situation in the city as well as knowledge on his own power. Truthfully, the boy had never gotten a formal introduction to his ability until now.
But aside from that, the woman also filled him in on a job that he could complete regularly. A "scavenging" job of sorts. The visit he was making today was the fulfillment of that very job. The boy had done some searching around the city just like the woman had asked. And certainly, the boy seemed to have a talent for it. After travelling for a long time, the boy picked up a number of skills. Appraisal was one of those numbers. Rikki simply went out to various stores that had likely been looked over already and looked for things that one might not expect to be worth money. Oddities, weird collectibles, and strange objects that didn't seem to hold any immediate significance. The amount of items he brought in wasn't much, but he knew a rough estimate of how much he would be getting based on what the woman said she'd be offering for certain things. So with a smile, he presented his collection of "wares" to the woman and received his payment.
