Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Phoebe wandered into the testing grounds of the car factor. Her mood was foul. Well, more depressed than anything. The last week had not been her best and she felt like a good fight might snap her out of it or at least help her vent her feelings.
She surveyed the open space and the track laid out in the private land that belonged to the car company. She wondered how many cars had been tested here before going into production. It must've been fun to speed around that track, actually. She didn't know an awful lot about racing but that hammerhead-turn she could see must've been a challenge and the straight leading up to a followthrough would probably push any driver to their experience's limit. It was probably a pretty fascinating job to have.
Maybe a bit dangerous too. Maybe that's what she craved when she wandered out here. She needed the diversion and the chance to beat up something. Maybe she even wanted a beating herself. She wasn't sure.

That was just what Phoebe needed. A good fight. She summoned her Persona and Hypatia appeared, shield raised in front of her determinedly.
The vaguely car-shaped Shadow came barreling in with a handbrake turn to try and collide with her, but Hypatia had already raised her shield and Phoebe stood her ground. Her bet paid off. The Shadow crashed into Hypatia's shield and was promptly bounced back, its attack deflecting right back at it. It didn't seem to react, so Phoebe lowered her hammer. Instead, she directed Hypatia to attack with a double thrust of her spear that sent the thing flying. It recovered and suddenly opened it's 'bonnet' (it was a mouth after all) and spewed a jet of flames at her.
Phoebe didn't even blink. The fire extinguished itself harmlessly over Hypatia's shield.
"Makajam!" she shouted, before the Shadow would recover.
The chains of silence gripped at the Shadow and it shuddered, rendered powerless to attack. It tried to rush her for a physical attack but Phoebe didn't give it time to get near. Hypatia slammed into it again, her spear pointed ahead in a second stabbing attack. With unrelenting power she went for a third attack and the Shadow exploded into bits of darkness when the spear plowed right through it like butter.
With the fight over, Phoebe panted and staggered backwards, to sit on a pile of tires. She was tired from putting all that effort into the attacks but worse yet, she didn't feel at all better. Venting hadn't helped much.
Fuck it all. Why do I feel so lousy? I'm just buckling under everything and I promised myself I wouldn't.
She leaned forward and propping her elbows onto her knees, buried her face in her hands. Hypatia hovered over her and suddenly bent forward a little and reached out as if to touch her, almost like she wanted to comfort her, but she had already started fading away.
