Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Phoebe was back at the factory. Alone. There was no point getting others involved, after all. It grew harder and harder to keep a positive attitude. She kept fighting against the idea that she was really stumbling in the dark here. So maybe it was better off going at it alone, when she didn't have to worry about anyone's opinion. Was there even ever any point to that? Someone had told her that Personas thrived on the power of one's connections with others but her connections to other people were shaky now. Did that mean Hypatia and she would get weaker?
Maybe that was the only way it could've gone. She never was good at dealing with people.
The Testing Grounds were seemingly empty, but she knew Shadows were lurking just beyond her immediate field of vision. They'd come out sooner or later. And she was ready. She retrieved her warhammer from the holster she'd made it to carry it on her back and went further in. The Shadows would be there, lurking behind the piles of tires and in the darkness of the disused car sheds.

The Shadow came barreling from the rear, from behind piles of discarded car body parts. It was big and had two club-like protrusions growing out of where it should have arms. It had weird legs, several of them bolted together to form wheels on its sides.
Phoebe'd stopped questioning the forms of Shadows long ago. So she just summoned Hypatia forth. The warrior philosopher appeared in a glimmer of azure and surged. Her attack however, went awry. She missed. The Drive type dodged pas her and straight for Phoebe, who gaped at the whole thing. Hypatia'd never missed before. The Drive charged and Phoebe was hit squarely by a powerful, crushing attack, the same kind she'd seen Vice use before. The Viper Smash or something.
It sent her stumbling backwards in pain, but not defeat.
I... unh... I'm supposed to take this. I'm... a tank, she thought half miserably.
"Hypatia! Maragion!" she barked.
Hypatia turned and slammed her spear against her shield, before pointing it at the Drive. Fiery explosions rocked the area and one caught the Drive. It staggered but not by much. It shook the fire off and resumed its attack. This time Hypatia swung in front of Phoebe, with her shield raised. The attack that came, a double surge of power, bounced clean off her shield and right back at the Drive. The Shadow flew backwards from the impact of its attack returning to it and Phoebe saw her chance.
"Aha! Doesn't like pierce-- Hypatia, Myriad Arrows!"
The attack came hard and fast, thousands of arrow-like energy shards came crashing down from the sky onto the Drive. It bounced backwards from the impact, almost on it's face and when Phoebe dropped another Maragion on it, it exploded into bits. That was that. She bent over and put her hands on her knees, panting for a moment, before standing straight.
Another fight survived.
