Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Ally watched all the food being placed in front of her, all ready for consumption. Each dish that she had ordered appeared in front of her one by one, finished off by her massive lemonade that she ordered. Pulling all he dishes closer to her, the girl began to make quick work of all of it. She took massive bites of everything, swallowed, then quickly took more. The time she took to chew and swallow seemed negligible at best. She was quite literally eating everything before it could get a chance to go cold. Of course, her lemonade would not be able to escape the fate of her food either. Just as all the other food was disappearing, so was her drink. The food here isn't so bad, to be honest. She spoke after swallowing, as she did possess a great deal of table manners. meanwhile, he meal seemed to be almost finished off.

Ringo peacefully enjoyed the freshness of the vegetables and the tasty craft and crunch of the tempura and the well cooked rice to go along side it. The water further helped him to enjoy the flavor all the more. It was over all a decent meal and well worth the money he paid for it. It even made him forget about the huge dent in his wallet that the girl across from him caused.
"So how are you..." Ringo's eyes widened slightly as he watched Alouette Pendleton devour all of her food. How much she was cleaning through her meal can only be described as frightening. It turns out Ringo's worry about the food getting cold was a complete nonissue. How nonchalant about it was what really horrified Ringo.
"The food here isn't so bad, to be honest." Was she an eating contest winner on top of all the gun and explosives practice she has under her belt? Ringo continued to eat through his food to contain his amazement. He sipped his water after he swallowed his food in order to continue the conversation.
"Due to the fact that I work at a cafe here, I tend to try out the places around here. All of them have a decent selection if you know what to order." Ringo said with a smile. "I even know a place with good flan." Though Ringo was hoping she wouldn't ask him to go take her to get this flan right away. HIs wallet was crying in despair as it is.

I see. Ally replied rather plainly to the boy. It seemed that he worked here so he was rather familiar with almost all the shops here. That was probably something rather handy to know. And it seemed he knew a place with good flan. That might be a good place to become familiar with should she be in the mood for some dessert. But for now, the girl continued to consume her food at a rather alarming pace. Well, it was a normal pace for the girl. As for everyone else, it was something like sponge passing over some liquid, instantly soaking everything up. I suppose I'll have to check out the flan place later. I'm not really in the mood for it right now. Of course, this was still assuming that the boy would treat her should she have wanted to go.

"I see." Alouette said, still consuming the food. Ringo himself only just now reached a quarter way through his rice bowl. He swore that thanks to this girl he'll never look at the phenomenon of a sponge absorbing liquid the same way again. Washing dishes is going to bring up terrible memories tonight. "I suppose I'll have to check out the flan place later. I'm not really in the mood for it right now." Thank heaven!
"I see...I can give you the directions for it some other time then." Ringo hopes that the salvage shop pays him extra for what he gives. "Hey Alouette." Ringo placed his chop sticks down after taking a sip of water after cleaning a bit more of his rice bowl. "What...exactly do you mean when you say you are looking for a specific sentient shadow?"

Sure. The girl responded with a half-interested response. Instead, she continued to gobble up the food that was now nearly finished. She had started with several bowls of food and was now working on finishing the last few of them. Her rather large drink was about three quarters of the way empty as well.
Then the second question came to her. It was a practical question, really. But it could have been answered a number of ways. How would she choose to answer it though? Yes. A specific sentient shadow. She restated what she said simply to do so. A large armored knight wielding a spear. I plan on killing him. That is all. And with those words, she continued eating as if she was just having normal everyday conversation. She wasn't going to go into specifics on the reasoning, nor would she for a few reasons. And while she stated an intent to kill that shadow, she had no means of doing so. That shadow seemed impervious to all of her attacks for some reason. So even though she had no method to fight him yet, she was still looking for a way. She may as well look for him while she prepares.

"Sure." That lemonade didn't even last that long. Ringo is now really curious how much calories using supernatural powers burned. "Yes. A specific sentient shadow." Ally said. "A large armored knight wielding a spear. I plan on killing him. That is all." Ringo did not like where this part of the conversation was going.
"I see..." Ringo was now managing to make decent process on his meal. He took another sip of his water. She didn't give any details but maybe that was for the best. The idea of a sentient shadow is still something he found himself having difficulty getting use to. Ringo looked at his now empty bowl. It seemed it was closer to pay day...and dooms day for his wallet.

A few moments later, Ally completely finished off the remains of her meal. In front of her was an array of empty plats and dishes and a very large, completely empty cup. She was no longer hungry. At least, for a little while.
Well, I'm all done. Thanks for the meal, by the way. Naturally, she was still grateful for being fed whatever his reasons for doing it were. Getting up from her seat, the girl stretched and gave out a long sigh. Looking back at the boy with a tired expression, she spoke once more. I'll be taking my leave here unless you have something else you want to ask. She waited a little before departing in case he had something important to say.

"Well, I'm all done. Thanks for the meal, by the way." Alouette said as she finished her meal. At least she seemed to enjoy the meal. Ringo's wallet on the hand is in agony at the amount he is going to have to pay. "I'll be taking my leave here unless you have something else you want to ask." Ringo simply smiled.
"I have nothing more to say. Farewell, and be careful." Ringo waved good bye. The waiter then came over. "I'm..." Despite the smile, Ringo sighed sadly. "Ready to pay." He presented the doomed wallet.
