Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Phoebe waited at the water's edge, a bit nervously. She wasn't sure she ought to have taken this mission, but then again she really needed the money. At least she'd have a partner for this one. It should be a fairly simple job, get to the boat, get the junk and get back. She'd dressed lightly in case they needed to swim - she was Greek, you practically get born with swimming genes. She wasn't entirely sure how they'd carry the things off the boat but she'd work something out, maybe a flotation device from the ship or something.
For now all she could do was wait for her partner. She wasn't sure who it was but she hoped it wouldn't be someone like that creep, Alistair. She'd come close to wanting to deck him.
She gazed out into the water. Did Shadows live underwater too? It was an interesting question and made her a bit worried. Even swimming wouldn't be safe if that was the case.

Ringo walked over to the water's edge. Today he saw a mission and thought he might as well take it. It seemed straight forward. Just go into some boat that somebody owned and get golfing trophies. He wasn't exactly sure why he felt the need to request such a thing but Ringo figured he could find something on the boat he could contribute to the salvage shops as well. He looked at the map and looked up over at his partner. He placed his map away and waved hello.
"Phoebe!" It was a pleasant surprise. Ringo walked over to the water and scanned the coast. "There is no boat?" He looked at the water and sighed and adjusted his sword case so that it attached to his belt.

With a bit of searching, the two of you locate the boat that likely held the trophies that you needed to collect. The boat itself has quite a bit of rust as well as quite a bit of water inside. Hopefully the trophies are still intact.
As you board the boat, you hear a loud creaking noise before a few figures begin to fly right at you!

Phoebe was happy to see Ringo. Last she'd seen of him he was getting drunk on a few sips of a cuba libre back at Finlay's. She waved at him as he came closer. "Hi Ringo, nice to see you. Don't worry, I've got a map to the boat. I just thought we'd group up and get ready a bit further back in case something nasty cropped up, that's all."
And speak of the devil, something nasty did crop up the moment they approached said dingy boat. "Oh, do be on your guard, Ringo," Phoebe blurted and summoned her Persona.
Hypatia materialized just in time to raise her shield and catch one of the Eagle type Shadows' swing. The slash was nullified with a dull chime and was deflected back at the Shadow, knocking it backwards. As she appeared, the orange light of defensive buffing washed over Phoebe and Ringo, boosting their defense.
"Looks like the fancy eagle kind deal slash damage, try and keep between me and them and keep your guard up!" Phoebe said and willed a counter attack. Opening with fire would probably be a decent start. "Maragion!"
The fiery explosions seemed to really affect the darker, Raven-type Shadows, almost knocking them out of the air. That was good, meant it was very effective. They were outnumbered, so any damage they could do was undoubtedly beneficial.
She was going to focus more on the eagle types since she nulled one of their attacks, but then a crackle of ice caught her and she yelped in pain when ice exploded all over her and then shattered, knocking her down.
"Oooh ow ow ow, cold, cold!" she blurted, rolling over and getting up.
Then she swore eloquently at one of the Raven types, which crooned an ugly little laugh. Almost without thinking, Phoebe willed an all-out attack and Hypatia threw her spear into the sky, resulting in multiple shards of energy to come raining down upon all foes. Now it was the Eagle types' turn to fall to the ground with ugly screeches and Phoebe cringed. So the darn things all had weaknesses to something she could deal. While that normally would've been good, she kind of felt like... hogging the field.
Okay, okay... let's stick to... uh... fire. I don't like ice and I can shield Ringo from some attacks-- like so!!
She saw one of the Eagles wandering to the side and preparing to deal another slicing attack and without thinking, she jumped between it and Ringo. The attack was nulled and the Shadow screeched angrily. Another ice spell knocked Phoebe down but she grit her teeth, got up and launched another fiery barrage. The Raven types got knocked down again and one of them actually dissolved into smoke, leaving Phoebe free to rush the other one with an attack, swinging her hammer at it just as it let loose another ice spell, which she somehow managed to dodge.
Her hammer knocked the damn bird down with a loud thunk and then cratered it into the ground with an ugly squelch, causing it to explode into bits.
"Oh, ew," she blurted.

"Hi Ringo, nice to see you. Don't worry, I've got a map to the boat. I just thought we'd group up and get ready a bit further back in case something nasty cropped up, that's all." Ringo nodded in agreement as they started to traverse to the boat. "Oh, do be on your guard, Ringo," Ringo nodded as he drew his sword as he took notice of the shadows.
Ringo watched the four bird like shadows. Two of them resembling eagles and the other two resembling ravens. She quickly boosted their defense as Phoebe fired a fire spell. Ringo was concerned for a moment to see her hit by an ice spell but thankfully she looked like she got out okay. She unleashed her persona's power and multiple spear strikes down on them.
"No you do-" Ringo took notice of the Eagle trying to slash him but Phoebe got between him and the shadow's attack. While it was deflected, Ringo felt like he had a heart attack that moment. As another ice spell knocked Phoebe down and she proceeded to take care of the raven's, Ringo took this opportunity. His eyes began to glow.
"Tokoyo!" Seeping out of his body was the lady samurai as she drew his sword as she dashed across the area and disappeared. In that instant, numerous cuts slashed the bird apart before them. Even the black smoke and goo they dissipated into were sliced apart for a moment before fading away. Ringo sighed in relief and carefully placed his sword away. "Everything alright Phoebe?" Ringo looked at her condition and then dug through his pocket. He knew it was a good idea to preserve and hold on to these things.
"I got some medical powder since I have no healing abilities." He took it out two and showed them to Phoebe. "We don't know what more is lurking in this area after all and you took more hits than me. Speaking of which...I'm going to be fine. I have a decent thresh hold for pain." Ringo let out a smile. If one paid attention to his injuries that he would usually sustain during the full moon battles, one has to wonder if this "thresh hold" was good for him.

Disposing of the immediate threats, you continue inside the ship. From there, you immediately notice how badly the ship has been damaged. Whether it had been from being left here for a long period of time or from shadows would remain unknown. But what you do notice is that the trophies are just ahead! The don't seem damaged either.
However, as you approach them, you are confronted with some more shadows.

Phoebe nodded when they dispatched the bird Shadows. Ringo was pretty good at holding his own. "Oh I'm good, don't worry. I'm pretty tough, my Persona is oriented to defense. She's a tank," she said and grinned. "Save your medicine for emergencies, we oughta be okay for now. Come on."
She boarded the ship first, noting with a wrinkle of the nose how badly damaged the hull and deck were. Shame, really. Looked like both water damage and damage from Shadows gallivanting around on it. More's the pity.
They managed to get into the hold, which also showed signs of damage. And of course, upon finding the trophies, they got attacked again!
"For fuck's sake..." Phoebe muttered and summoned Hypatia again.
The armed philosopher charged and assaulted the Shadows with a wide-range burst of fire, and to her surprise, Phoebe saw all four of them get knocked down hard before scrambling to get up again. Were they all weak to fire? She'd exhaust herself if she tried to take them all out with repeated fire spells but at least she could soften them up if needed.
One of the Sword-types charged her, swinging wildly at her but as expected, the attack bounced back onto itself, further damaging it. And to her surprise, the same happened when one of the Wheel-types attacked her with another slicing attack!
"What the--" Phoebe blurted. "Huh. Ringo, I'm gonna play tank again, just stay behind me and give 'em hell! I'll soften them up!"
She unleashed another wide-ranged blast of fire that shocked all the Shadows before taking another ice spell directly to the face. Ooh, that hurt. She cringed and shook herself down, then tossed out another fire spell, wiping out two Shadows, one sword and one wheel.
She was really going to be smarting in the morning.

"Oh I'm good, don't worry. I'm pretty tough, my Persona is oriented to defense. She's a tank,"That being said though, Ringo still did not like the idea of using Phoebe as a shield. He reluctantly placed the medical powders away as they started to head towards the ship.
Ringo walked on to the ship. He looked around and noticed evidences of both that the boat was been here a while...and it might've been damaged by shadows. Ringo would honestly rather not think about what came first. Either thought was hardly pleasant. He looked up to see the trophies. It looked like things were looking u- what were those shadows? Ringo turned his head to see multiple shadows. Two resembling wheels and the other two being strange stoned figures wielding swords. Phoebe's persona was summoned as was Ringo's. Hypatia sent a large burst of fire. It seemed there were affected by it.
"Tokoyo!" Tokoyo charged to block the attack of a Sword shadow with her blade however the other one tried to make a strike at Phoebe. "Phoebe!" Ringo managed to get himself out of the way of an attack from the wheel shadow. Phoebe did the same.
"Huh. Ringo, I'm gonna play tank again, just stay behind me and give 'em hell! I'll soften them up!"
"Not likely, my persona is more for close combat." Ringo rolled out of the way of a sword slam from the sword shadow. Phoebe sent another wave of fire stunning the shadows for a moment. Ringo's eyes glowed. "Tokoyo!" The samurai took this opportunity to slice the wheel shadow in half. The sword tried to strike again but Tokoyo sent a jolt of electricity towards it eye. It seemed to be affected though not to the same magnitude as Phoebe's attacks seeing as how the spell was weak. Tokoyo did take the opportunity to make another clean slice. The shadow soon feel apart. Ringo sighed in relief and looked at the damage done to the boat. "I'm surprised this thing is still floating..."

You managed to grab the trophies just fine after dealing with those shadows. Scooping them up into a safe place, you are now ready to exit the ship. However, just as that crosses your mind, the ship makes a loud crashing noise as it throws itself to the side slightly. It seems the damage from those last few battles were enough to total the ship!
Looks like you're going to need to get off this boat rather quickly before its too late. Oh. By the way, a bunch of shadows are fleeing the ship as well. Try not to get trampled and escape before you go down with the ship.

Phoebe was happy to see the Shadows vanquished. They could get the shit and go.
"Good job! Now let's get off this floating trap, shall we?" she said and went towards the trophies.
She picked up two of them, clicking her tongue at how cheesy and old school and kitsch they all were. Well, can't fault a man for his tastes, she supposed. Just as she turned around, the ship listed violently to the side with a loud groan of metal. The lurch threw her against the wall.
"Oh. Shit. On a stick," Phoebe blurted. "Ringo, grab the rest of them, we've got to get the heck off this thing. I think it's about to go belly up. Hurry!"
She pushed off the wall with the stupid trophies under her arm and went for the stairs to the upper deck. She saw black forms scurrying along the deck. Even the Shadows were fleeing. The ship gave another ugly and sad groan from its bowels. That wasn't good.
"Crap, even the Shadows are boogieing. We can't just plow on out on the deck, they'll trample us," she said, licking her lips anxiously. "Hypatia, give us another Rakukaja just to be on the safe side."
Obediently, the Persona added to their boosted defenses and stood over her with her shield raised.
"Alright, Ringo, as soon as there's a break in the Shadow parade we go for it! Be prepared to jump over the side of the ship back on the pier. Don't worry if you go in the water, we're near the shore and it's still quite shallow. I'll help you if you need, I'm a strong swimmer."
Just as soon as there was a thinning of the fleeing Shadows, Phoebe made a run for it up the remaining deck stairs and onto the deck itself. There were holes punched into it from Shadows fleeing but it was intact enough to run on. She made it to the starboard side and put her hammer away while still holding on to the stupid trophies. Just as a Shadow was plowing for her, she put her hand on the railing and jumped off, surprised at her own nimbleness. She landed on the pier on her feet but then stumbled forward, almost dropping the trophies and falling on her side, but she got up quickly.

"Good job! Now let's get off this floating trap, shall we?" Ringo nodded in agreement as he started to sheathe his sword and then attach said sheathe to his belt so he can use both arms to carry the trophies. Ringo started to gather them in his arms. They didn't weight too much to Ringo so the journey back shouldn't be too bad. So of course, Ringo hears a loud crash from within the ship and he nearly trips.
"Oh. Shit. On a stick," Phoebe took the words right out of his mouth. "Ringo, grab the rest of them, we've got to get the heck off this thing. I think it's about to go belly up. Hurry!" Ringo nodded as he started to carry the rest of them and run after Phoebe. His eyes started to scan around and his ears hear tons of movement. It seemed that whatever shadows are within the boats are now escaping.
"Crap, even the Shadows are boogieing. We can't just plow on out on the deck, they'll trample us," Ringo quickly started to think of any solutions. He doubted the life boats were in tact so there goes that idea. "Hypatia, give us another Rakukaja just to be on the safe side." The persona casted a veil over them boosting their durability.
"No need to worry about me!" Phoebe and Ringo ran out on to the deck. Phoebe was the first to leap off the of the boat on to the pier. Ringo took a deep breathe and jumped off not long after her. Unlike Phoebe's elegant landing, Ringo crashed on back to the pier, back first. He quickly looked up and his eye began to glow. "Tokoyo!" Seeping out of his body, Tokoyo drew her sword and sliced apart what's left of the boat and any runaway shadows that might've followed Ringo and Phoebe as they leapt. He sighed in relief as soon as everything seemed to be clear as he got up. He winced as he did though. "Welp...this is going to hurt next morning." Ringo looked at the trophies in his arms. "Well, let's get these back..."
