Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

It was a very human emotion to be annoyed. It was also a rather human emotion to be pissed off at the fact that as a weapon who had been built for these kinds of things, he couldn't even keep up with people who just went up ahead and awoken to the power. Yes, they were stronger than him, stronger than he was even when he had been operating at maximum capacity all those years ago, but it still meant that he was lagging behind on the mission objectives that had been programmed into him.
A weary sigh, the whirring of his gears becoming louder merely out of annoyance rather than anything else. Making them run faster and faster for really no other reason aside from that he was disappointed and he wanted to vent off some steam. Whatever the hell that was he was going to find might as well bloody show itself already. The android wanted to vent out these thing they call emotions and actually maybe get something going on again. Until then though, the clanking of his chains in a more frustrating manner would continue its efforts in attracting the shadows' attention.

Vincent didn't wait. The moment his optics had spotted his enemies in the distance, the Android had turned off the warning system in favour of getting a better view of his opponents. Just a pair of hands doing whatever it was that shadows did, and right now the mechanic was a lot less than 'curious' to give a damn as to what they were doing. His chains banged against the floor as his mechanical persona appeared in front of him. His lyre being plucked as the red android's current favourite attack was being manipulated.
Cell Breaker flew forth, smacking right dab on the nearer Hand's knuckles. It wasn't exactly all that aware either, having been distracted by its companion, and thus landing the first hit was easy. Charging forward then, his chains dangling behind him, Vincent took the brunt of the lightning attack head on. It wasn't so much as a problem as wind based attacks so he could still keep going. Smacking his chain to distract the recently attacked hand, the android then blasted the thing with a Zionga from point blank.
When nothing was being resisted from that particular manuever, the red android was just about call forth for another Cell Breaker when flames washed over him. The sensation was painful, and he was going to lose another jacket in the process. Throwing off his clothing towards the fray, another point of distraction for his opponents, Vincent then capitalised on the opening and unleashed a Cell Breaker to the hand that had been targeted at the start of the fight. It had been enough to do the damn thing in. With his attention focused on the dying shadow however, Vincent couldn't react in time to dodge the blast of ice that struck at his exposed back.
Falling over from the attack, his hud blinking at the mention of his systems being close to the red, Vincent threw himself up and without regard for his systems once more launched a Cell Breaker at his opponent. Falling from the sudden strain on his systems, the gears in his body trying to whirr faster but couldn't, the android was at least happy to know that his enemies had fallen. He could take care of after the fight, what was important that the area was clear again.

Slowly but surely, his health was once more beginning to go up. The HUD indicating how his systems were faring was steadily going up whilst the available energy he could use for his persona was dropping instead. It was a fair enough trade, he supposed. It was like having another health bar when compared to video games except this one wasn't as critical to one's continued existence. Not being able to summon the persona for any worthwhile skills wasn't as bad as being dead on the ground, with no one around to help you out after all.
Having sufficiently raised his systems back to an operational level, Vincent was rather surprised to find some kind of orb being left behind by one of the pools of black gunk that had soon enough evaporated. Taking it with him before exerting a bit of effort into examining it, the red android shrugged his shoulders and decided to just pocket the damn thing. He can get it looked at later if it was worth anything, or if it can do anything in the first place. Until then, it'll just be another fat marble in his hands.
