Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Not long after his last excursion that had been riddled with mindless irritation and some rather introspective anger at being such an incapable individual, Vincent once more found himself lurking around the building. The findings from last time were still inconclusive so the android had the smart idea of just hiding it along with the rest of his stuff back in the workshop. It wasn't like the old man was going to just rummage through his belongings in an effort to find anything of value.
Hell, half his stuff was mostly just junk anyway. In regards to his condition though, he was more than ready enough to take on anything again. He was still feeling a bit pissy from before, and the last excursion here hadn't been enough to completely quell any lingering sentiments of said irritation. So once more was he dragging his pathetically rusting chains along the floor, clanging them around in some random manner in hopes of attracting attention, and just…doing something to try and release whatever steam he had left on these targets of his.

Strike fast, strike hard, and leave nothing to complain about. It was the method he had from the last time he had been here and unless the enemy was somehow going to be immune to all of his attacks, then there was no reason to believe that it wouldn't work again. So the first thing he did after seeing some Magus wearing a suit was call forth Orpheus to go do his thing. The mechanical persona came forth without so much as a fuss and plucked on the strings for a different attack this time. No longer was it a cell breaker but a rather expansive wave of debilitating heat. Washing over the business suited magus, Vincent was just about ready to fire one again when his sensors picked up on a blast of flame reaching over him.
The distance had been enough, as well as his awareness, that the most he had to deal with was getting his left arm burned. It wasn't the brunt of the attack but it certainly did a number of him. Warning signs were already blaring on his sensors but the android ignored them. Again did he unleash a Heat Wave towards his only enemy, and said Magus didn't take too kindly to getting assaulted continuously. Did the android care? No not really. Did the android understand that it could still probably pull something out of its ass in order to secure a win? He didn't really give a damn either.
Calling forth another bout of Heat Wave against his opponent, Vincent ignored the sudden increase in pressure of the area and continued his assault. Again the process repeated and the Android was wondering why bloody hell that thing has yet to fall. The pressure in the area began to get worse again but Vincent couldn't seem to care. Was he looking for a death wish? Probably. Was he going to win this like one of those cliff hangers in the older generation of violent cartoons? Damn right he wanted to.
And again, his Heat Wave crashed against the glowing Magus. When it seemed to have finally finished charging up, Vincent struck once more with Orpheus moments before the magus could unleash its attack. It wasn't enough for him to kill it, but apparently having that much power made available without having a sustainable source to control it, just meant one thing. That one thing ended with Vincent being covered in flaming shadow guts. It hurt, and it was disgusting, and no word in the available dictionary could fit the sensation he was feeling then.
