Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

The atmosphere was just as oppressive as he had remembered. The previous two sections of the executive building had yielded a little more challenge than usual, but that was because he was out of practice. He would have to break himself in again by fighting something more on what his level would have been before the coma. He had been focused on the Executive Building prior to his coma, so he may as well continue to comb through the floors as he had been. A fight or two and he would head back home and return at some other time. At least, that was the plan. More and more, with each step he took, he found himself wishing that he had somebody around to watch his back. But the dream was a dream, and this was reality. There was no one to watch out for him here.

He felt it before he saw it, sensed the movement. The more he fought shadows, the more he could pick them out in sense alone while out in the ruins. He pivoted and saw a shadow that looked like some giant muscled rapist. This would be the second time he would have to fight a shadow like this. He flicked his gloves on and readied his Evoker. Luckily, his equipment hadn't been confiscated. Dave guessed he had probably hidden the weapons before he passed out.
The creature was charging him and Dave saw the telegraphed left jab. He sidestepped out of the way. Not so bad until he got hit from the side. It had been two shots, not one. He was stunned and winded and he found himself stumble back on the ground landing on his ass, dazed and confused. He looked up and saw the gigantic fist coming towards and and he clumsily rolled out of the way.
He drew his Evoker and fired it feeling the familiar pain of Shimon's summoning. Dakr runes appeared beneath the shadow, blasting upwards with the Dark magic. He stumbled to his feet, firing again for Shimon to cast Hamaon. Light runes contrasting the dark ones appeared and blasted the shadow with light. Both seem to be about average in damage capability. He moved behind the shadow while it was preoccupied with attack and tried punching it with his trusty taser gloves. It didn't seem to do all that much to it. Electricity wasn't it either. A kick with his bladed shoes struck the side of the shadow as it turned. Also negligible damage. Magic was all he could really do.
He jumped back instinctively, just in time as a fist came crashing down where he had been standing a second before. His reflexes were beginning to kick in. He placed his Evoker firmly against his head, ready to stand his ground and fire as many of his Persona's attacks as possible. Light and Dark runes appeared one after the other, stunning and damaging the creature before it was capable of launching its own attack. Dave felt the appropriate drain as he continued to use a light and dark spell pattern against the monster.
It took a few more attacks, but the creature eventually vanished, dissolving into black smoke, leaving Dave the victor. That would be it for today.
