Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Lloyd was drunk. This wasn't much of a surprise seeing as he usually is in some state of intoxication, so really it was no different. Looking down into the bottom of his bottle, seeing it was nearly empty, he stood up. Once he was able to regain his footing he began to wander about the park. Finishing off the alcohol he tossed the bottle into a recycling bin. He may not have much to do with his life, but he recycled when he was rich, so he can still do it now that he's poor. Deciding to just relax and try and get out of his current stupor, he plopped down on a bench, trying to fall asleep.

Lloyd grumbled and looked up "Wha'?" He said, looking around, then seeing the girl. "Oh...'ello lass. What exactly is it ya want?" He said, eyeing her up and down. "Royal ya say...I met the queen once, well, not yer queen, queen of england that is. Didn't really meet 'er either, just saw 'er in a parade." He stood up, taller then the girl. "Ya don't look like much of a princess...Course, never met a real one. I'm Lloyd, all ya really need to know about me milady." He dug his hand into his coat pocket and pulled out his pipe. Lighting it he put it in his mouth, blowing off a small ring of smoke.

Lloyd shrugged. "As ya wish, milady." He said, putting out his pipe and shoving it into his pocket. "There, I did ya yer favor. Now I need you to do me one. Seeing as yer a royal. I'm in what some might call...interesting situation. Due to the ongoing quarantine, I'm a bit tight on cash. So, if possible, could ya reach into yer royal vaults and find the charity in yer heart to make a donation so that I can get a bit of food in ma belly." He emphasized that by rubbing his stomach. "Of course, if ya demand, I can provide my services as necessary. Thieving, business, and much more."

While Lloyd was drunk, he knew when a situation was about to get out of hand. "Now now milady. You don't want to do anything you'll regret. I can promise ya that much." He said, tucking his hand into his jacket, reveling the revolver he kept on his person at all times. "I told ya, I'd be willing to offer my services for your wealth. I also don't need too much money, just enough to get me by for a while." He kept a hand on his gun and stared down the princess. "Yer a princess right, Princess's have knights. I could be one of yer knights. Not the classiest, but every princess has that one knight that would do the quests that require a bit of dirt. What do ya say milady?"

Lloyd took the bill and looked at it. Holding it up to the sun, checking to make sure it was real. Then he handed it back to Isolde. "Keep it..milady." He said. "Some royal's may be generous, but not hand out 20 dollars to a stranger generous. Plus, I was about to pull a gun on you and am still breathing. Either you're really sneaky, or I'm correct in thinking that you aren't really a princess. Don't worry lass, I won't tell a soul. Heck, I'll even stick up my side of the bargain to keep you safe from the shadows. However, if you're just some lass like the rest, your're gonna want that money more then me."

"Alright lass, now I know yer lying. Unless the queen had a kid in the past three years, they don't have a daughter." He said to her, smirking a little. "Don't try to cover yer 'eritage either. Being an English men meself, I can tell yer from the UK as well lass." He sat back down on the bench. "As far as who I work fer, well, asides from yerself now lass, I used to work for a big company. I was moving my way up, then one could say it was an act of fate that sent me here to make the company great outside London. Not sure why they picked here, company failed though. Then the quarantine happened so I'm stuck here. Beggin' and stealin', and now defending a lass who fancies herself a princess. Don't worry though lass, yer secrets safe with me."
"Your train of logic doesn't make sense, sir. My father and mother were crown prince and princess before they died. My grandfather, older brother, and younger sister are I have left. My grandfather is also the current emperor and patriarch of our family while my sister and brother are princess and prince. I am a descendant of Prince Claudius from the Holy Roman Empire." she explained with a smirk of her own. If the queen of England had no daughters, then she must had sons. Either way, she learned that he had worked for a company before. Either this guy was not really a thief at all or just a mere treasure hunter. She decided to ask about his family. After all, she just told him what her family was. She said, "I would like to know your family."

"Really lass? Where exactly are your parents the crown prince and princess to? Slovenia?" Lloyd still wasn't buying her story. "So what if your the several times great grand daughter to the prince of a long dead empire. Doesn't make you a royal that anyone cares for now. As far as my family, haven'tr seen them in years. Never married, may have a kid somewhere, not sure. I've been stuck here so long I'd begun to forgot about the people actually related to me." Then he turned back to Isolde. "So, are you going to continue calling yerself a princess? Or will ya tell me yer actual story?"

"You just proved my point though lass, fallen empire." Lloyd said, pointing out the girl's error. "However, if you continue to spin your little fantasy, do so all you want. And while I'm sure your other knights are quite competent and tough. Pretty sure I could handle them." Lloyd then turned and started to leave, but stopped. "Also, milday, if ya ever need me, just be patient. I'll show up. I'm a man of my word and I will keep you safe when I can." Lloyd then kept going on his way. He was sure that the girl would try to follow or make some rude quip. He didn't care though.
