Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Nisha was, again, in the catacombs. This area was more interesting to explore, since it was right next to society. The terminal was one thing, but the Shadows there seemed few in number, as if they were the lucky find their way into the old subway from the outer ring of the city. The sewers acted as another place “close” to the city, but they were effectively under the city. She didn't think Shadows could climb ladders, so it was probably safe to assume that any paths through the sewers were, effectively, safe for the sake of society. Instead, the catacombs served as a focal point. Shadows were numerous. It was right next to the city. There were stairs, so all Shadows needed was a means of travel and the will to ascend.
In other words, this place was the single most dangerous for the normal people of the city.
She sighed quietly, proceeding through the depths. At the very least, she could utilize that power, both hers and Shango's, for the sake of others. It'd at least justify the trouble she'd gone through with them, and her presence in the city at that.

For some reason, when Nisha stepped in on a meeting between two Shadows, she felt as though she were intruding on something private. There was an awkward moment in which the two Shadows, fully aware of the human, just stared at each other. With a slight bow of her head and a muttered apology, the woman withdrew around the corner. Immediately following this, the Shadows stirred to battle, rushing around the corner. It seemed that they appreciated her discretion. It was nice that a silent agreement could be reached on the battlefield. Then, as if understanding one another, they could clash.
Or, rather, Nisha could crowbar- yes, it's officially a verb now- the Magus, hooking the weapon into the wizard's face before slinging it at the other Shadow. What followed was interesting. The wizard, having intended to fire off a spell, ended up using Agi on the other Shadow, who in turn fired off its Zio at its ally. While entirely unorthodox, the young woman had directly damaged an opponent and caused them to hit each other. And that was before they slammed into each other. Then the woman pounced, slamming her crowbar down once more. The wizard had been outdone. The idol, stunned, was left open for a repeated volley of swings, each time ripping the structure of the Shadow apart, as if it were the boards of a crate.
Eventually, the Shadow dissolved. Their agreement was short-lived, but it did happen, even if it was never given voice.

Putting her hands together in prayer for the Shadows, Nisha nodded to herself. Then, blinking, she realized that something else was left behind. Much like the first time, she pocketed it, as opposed to examining it. The light was too scarce in that place to properly examine much, but, if it was something that the Shadows dropped, then it must have had some sort of use. Either way, the rhyme and reason behind where they got the items, and why they had power, was irrelevant to her. For now, it was time to strengthen herself and lower the threat to the city.
Staring into the darkness, she proceeded. One more battle would be good enough for now.
