Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

After the last battle in the mines, Nisha stepped into the caverns with a renewed respect for the place and a strengthened sense of caution. The giant carefully walked through the mines, crowbar already out, gripped, and ready to be swung. Her mind was sharp. Calling out Shango would have been an easy enough thing. Even if the mines were sparsely populated by Shadows, or at least apparently so, there could have been more like the batch that troubled her so much last time around. For that reason, it was worth to further explore the area and clear it of any similar pests. If her actions saved the life of even one of her faceless comrades, then it was worth it.

Nisha managed to sneak up on a Shadow. It was alone, it seemed. She maintained watch for a moment, her eyes scanning across the ceiling and walls for potential hiding spots. There didn't seem to be anything too dangerous around, so the woman believed, for the time being, that it would be safe to press on and take down the Shadow. Readying her crowbar, she charged in, slamming the crowbar into the “head” of the snake-like Shadow once it had turn towards her. The blow seemed to be pretty effective, forcing it back. She did not let that slow her down, though. Pushing forward with zero hesitation or mercy, she slammed the crowbar into the snake again, ripping its ring away with that swing.
The snake emitted some sort of sensation. For a brief moment, the woman stopped, just wondering what was happening. Nothing actually did happen, though. Blinking, Nisha watched the Shadow for a moment before stepping closer and smacking the Shadow for a third time, ripping the head off with her crowbar that time. The Shadow gradually dissolved. The fight was over.

Nisha sighed once she realized the battle was over, that there were no reinforcements. She took a moment to relax. The mines were indeed dangerous, but that fight had been relatively easy on her. Pressing forward did not seem to be an entirely bad concept for her. However, before proceeding, she made sure to put her hands together and pray. The Shadows may not have had a second chance at life, but she could at least hope for them. If nothing else, perhaps they could rest easy, assuming that they had spirits. Perhaps they actually were just earth-bound spirits with physical forms? Whatever the case, the woman prayed for them.
