Name: Seiji Dalton
Age: 16
Date of Birth: 12/9
Birthplace: Okinawa Prefecture
Gender: Male
Sexual Orientation: Bisexual
Face Claim: Hong Kong - Axis Powers: Hetalia
Appearance: Long brown hair of a middling shade falls slightly past the bottom of Seiji's neck, ungroomed despite his best efforts otherwise. His hands, head, and neck are slightly more tanned than the rest of his body due to his habit of wearing long sleeved form fitting clothing year round. The most distinct thing about him is his stoic expression. Most expressions of emotion are slight at best, his small mouth and thin eyebrows not staying as they normally are. His body is free of any distinct scars, tattoos, or piercings.
Height: 5'6"
Class: Persona-User
Arcana: The Fool
Occupation: Student
Weapons and Proficiencies (Optional): Due to joining the Kendo club, he has experience with the wooden swords used by the club. How well this translates to actual metal weapons is up for debate. It deals slash damage.
Personality: "I'm not that special." Is how Seiji would describe himself, with a blank expression and a deadpan tone. He's mastered the art of keeping his true feelings in. Years with only a father, who himself wasn't the best role model, has left him with a slightly negative, cynical outlook on things. He rarely ever leads a conversation, instead allowing others to speak. They usually voice whatever he was thinking anyway, which leads into his idea that his presence rarely contributes much to anything. When he speaks, his words are concise, to the point, and convey his emotions perfectly. Seiji never hides his true feelings from others. He's an open book, and if he feels that someone is acting rudely, he will tell them as such. Presently, he feels like a fish out of water, thrown into a new setting after living on a military base for so long. He carries both American and Japanese ideals, but finds certain aspects of the latter's culture strange and alien. For example, he finds the bashfulness when around members of the opposite gender that one feels attraction to a bit silly. Girls aren't some great mountain to be climbed to him, they're just people like everyone else.
Seiji is an excellent listener and most people find it easy to open up around him, at least a little. What you see is what you get. He sometimes inadvertently draws others into serious conversation, which doesn't always work to his benefit. He possesses a genuine, deadpan sense of humor that can sometimes go over the heads of other people, due to his ability to say anything with a straight face. Intelligence-wise, he is above average. In that regard, what sets him apart is his ability to quickly improve. At his new school, Seiji has started to care more about his academics. Unlike most modern young men, he is possessed of a rigid idea of right and wrong. He'll rush to the aid of someone in need, and is always there for his friends. Overall, it could be argued that Seiji, due to his status as almost a blank slate, has no personality. It could just as easily be argued he's merely a social butterfly. It's up to each person to decide.

By the time his second year of high school rolled around, his father had decided that he was ready to retire from the military. Unfortunately for both of them, some complications arose with getting Seiji entrance to the country. With little choice, his mother was involved and she persuaded Seiji's half-brother to allow him to stay at his apartment in Mosaic City until the issues could be resolved. During his upbringing, Seiji had scarcely even seen his mother. The existence of any siblings was something he knew nothing about. As with everything else in his life, he took this new change of locality well. The base was where he was raised, but it had never really felt like home. The plane ride to the mainland of Japan was uneventful, but it was clear that his brother, Takeda, was clearly unhappy about the turn of events. On the ride back in (mostly) silence, Seiji found himself curious as to why that was. When he arrived at his brother's apartment, he began to understand why. His brother worked at a manga shop on the east side of the city. Immediately above the shop was a single apartment on the second floor. It had all the markings of a real bachelor pad. Old food was strewn everywhere, clothes on the floor, and a strange smell you'd never find in a house occupied by a girl lingered in the air. For a time, things seemed like they'd fall into another routine for Seiji.
The illusion of normalcy in his new life was shattered by the military blockade of the city. Both Seiji and his brother were taken aback, but neither one had plans on leaving the city soon anyway, so they assumed that things would end soon enough and didn't let it ruffle any hairs. Seiji's involvement with the extraordinary elements of the blockade would have never come about had it not been for his brother's innate resentment for how Seiji had been forced into his lap by their mother. The two had decided to catch a movie one night and Takeda's lips were loosened by a little 'enhancer' he'd smuggled into the theater. After a (mostly) one-sided argument on Takeda's part, he stormed off. Seiji, feeling obligation to find his brother, gave chase. Tracking his brother, he found himself moving closer and closer to the sealed off part of the city. Just as he was about to turn back, he noticed an open manhole. Caution thrown to the wind, he climbed down and it didn't take him long to find Takeda, cornered by strange, murky beings. Upon noticing Seiji, they turned and pounced on him. Time seemed to slow as the shadows slithered near. Just above his right hand, a card had formed, and three syllables flew from his lips. "Per...so...na." It was then that he awakened to his latent Persona powers.
A small knightly figure appeared, vanquishing the shadows with swordplay and a stream of light. After the battle, Seiji and Takeda went to a hospital and were treated for a 'biking accident'. Since then, Seiji has been very curious about what lies beyond the blockade, occasionally venturing out beyond the safe zone. Now, with a purpose, he feels...awake.
OOC Name: Cylan
Persona: Sir Gareth
Appearance: Sir Gareth appears as a youthful knight that floats, legs bent as if he is sitting down in midair. Beside him is a large sword that he usually holds onto lazily. Most of his head is obscured by a helmet splattered with three different colors: red, black, and green. Sir Gareth's body is thin, some armor colored monochrome covering his body.
Persona Lore: One of the youngest Knights of the Round Table in British folklore. Legends tell of him coming to Camelot disguised as a kitchen boy and eventually going on a quest with Lynette to save her sister, Lyonesse from the Red Knight. He eventually overcomes the Red Knight and two other colored knights, sparing them and making them swear loyalty to him. Upon return to Camelot, he marries Lyonesse. Years later, he is killed by Lancelot, leading to the splitting of the Round Table.
Skills:
Weakness to Mudo skills.
