Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Once more, Phoebe ventured into the graveyard at night to do some more investigating. She was better prepared this time when she climbed down the steps to the catacomb. She even had a handy belt where she could slip her sledgehammer's handle into and carry it around easier.
I must be crazy, coming to the cemetery all the time... she thought. I mean, I know what to expect, Shadows and all that but... damn, this place is creepy!! I just... have a feeling there is something here. That's important.
She went further in, wrinkling her nose against the stench of mildew and mold. She was actually sort of looking forward to having a decent fight with some Shadows. She knew full well that unless she practiced, she'd never be able to really get anywhere. She'd never be able to stand up against a powerful shadow like the one fought at school.
If I can't find... I'll never be able to tear down this wall between us and the world. I don't want to stay here for the rest of my life.
She grit her teeth, and realized that actually, her teeth were chattering from fear. She set her jaw forcefully to stop it.
Because... because I am not... I am not cattle to be penned up.
With that thought in mind, she pressed further on.

Phoebe was surprised when the Gigas appeared before her. She actually shrieked in fright because holy crap, that thing was big. Bigger than any Shadow she'd seen so far. She gulped and whipped out her sledgehammer to fight it. She willed Antiope to come, her card appearing in the air before her and Phoebe tapped it with her hammer. The Amazon rushed forth from the azure light and Phoebe concentrated on a straightforward physical attack, just to test the waters. Oddly enough, instead of Skewer, something else came to mind.
Rapid Needles!
On command, Antiope attacked, spear in hand and she delivered a barrage of lightning-fast stab attacks. It looked like a hell of a hit and any smaller Shadow might've gone flying from the hits and the final, stronger impact, but this Gigas seemed to brush it off after a minor stagger. Instead it laughed, a low, hideous kind of laugh and pointed at her.
Eh?
Phoebe suddenly felt cold. Unbearably, painfully cold. She felt ice crackling all over her and the cold went right through her to her very bones. Then it shattered and Phoebe doubled over, dropping to her knee with a scream of pain. Even Antiope lurched. It was an awful sensation, although through the blaring pain Phoebe realized it made sense. Antiope was a fire-based Persona so it was only natural that an ice-based attack would hurt her more. And she'd felt it take. However, it also meant that...
Look out!
Phoebe looked up just in time, only to see the Gigas about to strike down on her with a hefty hammer-fist attack, it's two hands coming together for the hit. She jumped backwards despite her pain and belted out a word before she even thought about it.
"Maragi!"
Another change. Antiope's attack produced a barrage of fire blasts across the field, yet only one hit the Gigas. Just as Phoebe had hoped, it staggered the monster, just like every Shadow did when they got hit by something they didn't like. It worked!
"Antiope! Again!"
Another barrage of fire, before the Gigas could recover and this time the Shadow was thrown to the ground. Phoebe felt a spear of head-ache assault her and thought she was maybe pushing this too far. She had to finish this off. She ordered Antiope to do another head-on attack and this time, fortunately, the rapid stab attack worked. Even though, again, the creature didn't seem to yield as well as others might, it did dissolve in a cloud of dark particles.
"Thank God," Phoebe huffed and staggered back against a wall. She slid down and sat on the floor, panting to try and catch her breath.
She needed a moment before she would be able to make her way back out.
