Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Having explored the hospital and mines a few times, Chidori felt like a new avenue of discovery needed to be taken - in this case, exploring the abandoned executive building. Much like the hospital, there was any number of unaccounted-for documents that could explain a few things about the outer circle...and plenty of useless chaff that could take forever to sort through. Nevertheless, a fresh place to explore kept her on her toes, and ready to fight off whatever tried to resist her adventuring process. That being said, mapping this place was very, very simple, thanks to the uniform layout that the building took, as opposed to a chaotic system of tunnels like the sewers.
Moving on from that thought before anything else could come of it, the mute brunette stalked through the building, sifting through assorted papers, files and cabinets, keeping an eye and ear out for any trouble; she would be ready to summon Juno rapidly should the situation require it. More interestingly however, she wondered if any of the computers here still worked - accessing files that way would be far more effective for her.

After happening upon a row of filing cabinets accompanying one of the clerks' rooms, Chidori stopped and began searching through the numerous files and stacks of paper, sifting through the documents to see if anything interesting had survived. Whilst busying herself with some mundane information gathering, the sounds of squelching and wet footsteps reached her ears, making the mute spin around quickly, heading back to the door of the room. Peering down the hallway, her gaze fell upon what was possibly the strangest Gigas she'd seen so far - and that included the surgeon one she'd encountered the other day.
It was covered in slime, practically dripping as it took each disgustingly wet footstep. Fortunately for her, it was currently walking away from her, further down the hallway, giving her the opportunity to strike first. Summoning her evolved princess personae, Chidori didn't hesitate to blast the bigger shadow with a column of light, her hairpin glinting in synchronisation with the Hamaon. Thrown off-balance, the Gigas rounded on her, pumping itself up as it lumbered towards her. Not wanting to be on the receiving end any time soon, the mute began to back up slowly as she fired off another Hamaon. The Gigas noticed her retreat however, and scooped up a handful of its own slime in each hand; the slime hardened once collected up and the shadow proceeded to pelt them at her, utilising an interesting variation of Twin Shot.
The balls of slime slammed into her, knocking her back...but dealing little to no damage, thanks to her resistances. Grinning a little bit, Chidori continued her slow retreat, attacking with extreme prejudice. The Gigas was wearing down quickly, but it kept coming, ignoring all pretense of ranged assault as it pumped itself up further and continued charging...only to fall short as the third enhanced Hamaon brought it to its knees, and a fourth dismantled its existence. With a silent sigh, Chidori decided to end her exploration there, hurrying home to get rid of the damned slime that now covered her torso.
