Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Shirako was not one to like hospitals. When younger, she visited doctors every other week. After the events in Russia, she had to remain in a bed for a few months. Even now, she was still recovering from being bedridden. Physically, she was pretty much back up to par, but her lack of training with her Persona had brought her back down. Fortunately, she was making some good efforts in that field, all things considered. Anyway, she really didn't like hospitals. That would, naturally, raise the question of just why she was there in a hospital. Well, while exploring the executive building, she managed to find some interesting evidence. Despite all the chaos and destruction there, she had managed to find evidence pointing to the hospital.
Users were strong, but even veterans wouldn't try to live out where Shadows infested facilities. Not the sane ones, at least. So when she saw a rather "lived-in" area where someone had set up some rudimentary conveniences, she naturally assumed it was a Shadow. She had already reached the end of her potential progress in the building, anyway, so why not shift to a place that was a bit smaller, test out her luck and all? The good news was that she was pretty certain that she was close. No, close didn't cover it. Her scouring the hospital had pushed her to believe she was within the final trek of hunting one of her marks down.

Of course, the woman had doubted that she'd find her mark without some degree of trouble, or even on her first outing to the facility. That was why, when Shadows popped out and shifted towards her, she wasn't too surprised or bothered. There wasn't much she could use for cover in the hospital's halls, so she just had to accept that some degree of conflict would be necessary. Drawing her blade and calling out Yaksa, the woman let out a quiet breath and readied herself. The book flapped in and attempted to give her a paper cut. Not only was it completely ineffective, but it managed to take its partner's lightning blast. Immediately following that, the woman swung her blade straight down. The damage to the book was solid, and that was followed up by Yaksa's Getsu-ei.
Three blows, and the book was still in. Apparently impatient, though, the table fired off a blast of wind without waiting for his "ally" to move. The book scattered into pages of blackness that dissolved. That left the woman and Yaksa alone with the table. The Persona charged in with another Getsu-ei. The blow was solid, and it gave the woman time to step in for a follow-up. Then the two went to opposite sides, distracting and confusing the table. Eventually, another blast of lightning was fired, but its angle was so far off that the woman just had to shift at the waist to avoid it. While it was busy missing, Yaksa slashed it in the "back". Following that, the woman gave it another powerful slash, directly in the front. The table proved to be flimsy, and dissolved into nothing.
