Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Following the last battle, Nisha had left the scene entirely. Too many unnecessary thoughts had tried to float around in her head when she was there. She needed to clear her head. A walk outside would have been ideal for that, but the giant didn't intend to retreat yet. She was still in relatively good condition, and taking a few more Shadows out, to make the facility a little safer, definitely had its positive points. While the musty halls weren't great, they did at least help to some small degree.
But, despite her efforts, she did feel tired. When would this mess finally be over?

Nisha found herself face to cover with a book-styled Shadow. Well, that was odd. The Shadow seemed to think so as well. The two slowly drew back, then retreated back around their respective corners. Then, after prepping themselves, they shot back out, ready for battle. Nisha willed for an Akasha Arts as the book fired off a blast of lightning. The lightning hit, but it wasn't too effective thanks to the woman's resistance to it. Akasha, on the other hand, directly hit and blew the Shadow into the wall. Following up with a second Akasha Arts, the woman just watched as the book's pages fluttered about in the air before converting into a black mist that dissipated to nothingness.

Another Shadow died by her hands, and, once again, she found herself wondering about things. She knew she would pray, but for what purpose would she pray? She knew she would continue to fight, but for what cause would she fight? She needed reminders, she believed. Whatever the case, she did indeed pray. She did indeed hope. The giant was large only in body. She was strong, sure. But she wasn't the smartest. Nor was she the best in terms of character, she believed. Did she truly act for the sake of others? Or was it just a hollow act to satisfy her emotions until the next battle? Lately, she'd found that these issues were. . . very bothersome.
