Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Some time had passed since he had come across his persona Volt. Along the way, he made a few friends, or at least that's what he thought he could call them, along the way who could also summon their true selves. So none the less, the passing time was interesting to say the very least, but now Aile found himself here, at the junk yard looking for something to pass the time as the others where busy.
He greeted a young lady who was standing in a building that seemed to take in valuable junk, so that's what the magician decided to do, look for things to trade in, possibly for money. So he looked and looked harder, until occasionally coming across an interesting junk piece before putting away those that he deemed invaluable.
Some time passed as he trudged through the seemingly endless area of junk before he found a few interesting pieces of what seemed to be a failed invention of an automaton. So, half carrying it, half dragging it, he dropped it onto the desk of the blonde lady's desk, hoping to find some value in the object he found.

Aile found himself, now yet again having free time to look for stuff through the city and today, today he was going to go deeper into the junk yard and hopefully find something more valuable than the broken automaton. So he walked the the massive heaps, finding a few things of mild interest here and there, but nothing that Aile thought would be worth anything, though he did find a seemingly broken handheld console that, after testing it, surprisingly still worked and thus was pocketed.
Still though he searched, hoping to find something of interest until he came across an object that stood out far from the rest. It was a sphere that was somewhat cracked down the middle, but it looked as though it were made of gold. Inside where various mechanics, but Aile had no clue what the ball was supposed to do, but figured it was to be worth something.
So he took it back to the blonde woman near the entrance of the junk heap, placing yet another object, though vastly different than the one before, upon the desk in hopes of something favorable coming from its internal value.
