Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Nisha stepped through the hospital as she had for the last few outings into the Shadowlands. Was it attraction, or simply her being thorough with cleaning it out? Either way, whatever the case was, she was there in the hospital, taking her time to observe and clean out the halls. The Shadows' numbers seemed to dwindle, but so slowly that it was questionable if they, the Users, were having much of an impact. Did Shadows multiply? Or did they simply “revive” over time? Perhaps they reformed after some time had passed. Did that mean that they were absent from the circle of reincarnation? That was a very morbid and saddening thought.
The woman closed her eyes and shook her head before pressing on further into the halls of the hospital.

A surge of lightning and fire rushed towards the woman. The lightning connected with reduced effectiveness, but Nisha managed to completely avoid the fire. Granted, that was by slamming into the wall. Summoning Shango, she willed for an Akasha Arts, which promptly tore down the initial opposition by throwing them through a wall. Steadying herself and giving her arm a test-swing, she realized that she was fine. Then, she progressed onward. A double-whammy of darkness slammed into her. Whether it was because the two blows couldn't mess well, or because the combination weakened the both of them was irrelevant. All that mattered was that she hadn't suffered enough damage to worry about being taken down. That was why she had no hesitations to will for another Akasha Arts. The second wave of destruction tore through the remaining bits of the wall and splattered the Shadows against the next wall. The battle was over.

Sighing with a bit of relief after the engagement, the woman stretched her arms and legs out. She still felt good enough to proceed onward for another fight. She'd just have to be a little more careful with the next bunch. All in all, though, Nisha felt good enough. Planting her hands together, she prayed for the Shadows. Even with their numbers, surely there was still some hope for them, right? Otherwise, it would just be far too cruel. An existence coated in nothing but blood could never be a happy one. She sighed. It was a little depressing to consider, so it would have been better to just carry on. Nodding to herself, she did just that.
