Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Slightly unnerved by the Shadow samurai's smile, Shirako had taken a short break. It wasn't the fact that her enemy smiled as it died, but the fact that it was the same sort of smile she often saw on the faces of her students- her ex-students- when she was about to put their torch of life out. Every time she saw it, she was prepared for it. Even then, it still did damage to her. Therefore, when she saw it, unprepared, it left her in a somewhat conflicted state. Tired and sore, the woman leaned back against some rubble, trying to make sense of her feelings.

The woman stood straight and willed for Yaksa to appear as soon as sounds grew closer. She might have been filled with conflicting feelings, but she knew better than to let her guard down. Nothing was going to get the jump on her under normal circumstances. A few Sukukajas layered on them both before they readied their blades. One idol appeared and quickly tried cutting them. It, needless to say, was a wasted effort. The other idol attempted to blast them with lightning, but the two shifted and used the first idol as a shield. The blast connected cleanly, knocking the stone forward and into the killzone between Shirako and Yaksa. The cross-slash they followed up with did the first idol in, leaving them with the other.
A surge of fire blast forth, and the two shifted out of the way with minimal difficulty. Even if the idol was somewhat quicker than the average Shadow, the two were naturally agile. On top of that, with Sukukaja layered to the max, their speeds were borderline ridiculous. Like a guillotine, the woman's blade dropped into the idol, cleaving through the stone. Yaksa's own was nothing to scoff at, as it left as nasty a mark as the woman's. The two stepped to the opposite sides of the statue. Their motions were slow and careful, but relaxed. Neither wasted any energy. The statue shifted slowly, likely due to its injuries. Before it had the chance to attack again, though, the swords came down in a combination of terror, doing the Shadow in.
