Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Damn, what gives? We've got to find something here at some point, Phoebe thought and frowned.
Floor 57 was another dead end. Well, not literally, but she certainly wasn't finding anything new here. The same old junk and the same old layouts. And the same old Shadows. It was getting quite vexing to come here, day after day and feel like she was making not an inch of progress. In any way.
Even the fights were getting a little... 'stale'. Maybe she ought to move on to different hunting grounds to hone her skills and gather intel on Shadows. But then again, she just felt it in her bones, there was something here in the abandoned executive building and she was determined to find it out eventually.
Until then, she went through some cubicles in some insurance company, rifling around for useful things.

A pretty big Maya type slithered out of an office and barreled for her. Phoebe whipped around, automatically pulling her hammer out and summoning Hypatia in one fluid movement that really showed how far along she'd come as a Persona User. Hypatia appeared before the Shadow got too close and raised her shield just as the Shadow struck with a massive blow. It hit the Persona's shield and bounced back at it with a loud din.
"Gotta love countering abilities," Phoebe remarked and got down to business.
She ordered a fire attack, but the flame explosions that rocked the area didn't bother the Shadow, which countered with a targeted dark spell that threatened to smother her. Phoebe reeled back, blurting a small curse and willed Hypatia to attack with a bolt of lightning.
That did the trick and caused the Shadow to wobble like rancid jelly. She beat it further back with a well-placed hammer blow to the mask. It countered with a burst of fire of its own but that just washed over Phoebe without a hitch. Hypatia broke through the flames and threw her spear, dropping multiple waves of energy shards on it. The Shadow wobbled again, this time in a decidedly... flaccid manner, like an exhausted jellyfish. Phoebe narrowed her eyes and willed another Zionga upon it, which sent it reeling backwards, then she closed in and slammed it in the face with her hammer, killing it off.
