Name: Anna Myers, occasionally known by the code name "Flower Child"
Age: 23
Date of Birth: August 14
Birthplace: Some small, no-name town in Georgia
Gender: Female
Sexual Orientation: Bisexual and Dominant. The latter, to her, is more important than the former.
Face Claim: Yuuka Kazami - Touhou Project
Appearance:
Height: 5'9"
Distinguishing Features: N/A
Class: Elite Persona User
Arcana: VII - The Chariot
Occupation: Demon hunter. Florist during the downtime.
Weapons and Proficiencies (Optional): Proficiency: Guns - Level 5 Shotgun [Pierce weapon]
Personality: Anna is a sweet country gal from the southern United States, who enjoys such wholesome activities as reading, cooking, gardening, and monster hunting. Oops, that part didn't quite fit, did it? No, Anna may be a sweet girl on the surface but she is far from an ordinary one. She's tame enough in person, of course. Always smiling, usually friendly, willing to help other people in need, and insistent on showing proper hospitality towards visitors. She's not the most honest person you'll ever meet, but she'll at least lie with good intentions, and come out with the truth when she feels it's necessary. She's fairly open about herself, at least, even when the truth scares people. She's prone to preconceptions and making judgments based on appearances and first impressions, but will also give everyone a reasonable chance to prove her wrong. Despite her history, nowadays unless you hurt her or the people she cares about, she probably won't hate you. But if you're still an enemy she'll gladly blow you up with a smile on her face.
Because while she may be a nice and friendly person during peaceful times, she becomes a completely different person during a fight. And when fighting has become most of her life in recent years, that tends to be at least half of the time. Although it took her awhile to admit to it, she has a violent streak a mile wide. It's focused, though. She'd never go attacking people for fun. Unless those people happened to be shadows. Or demons, that's happened too. It's fighting, moreso than pointless destruction, that satisfies the thrill Anna gets from violent action. While she's incredibly destructive, she prefers to have fun with a fight than to be relentless. If the other person can't or doesn't have a reason to fight back, it's no fun. That's another thing. She gets bored easily. If she's not enjoying a fight, she's more likely to pull out of it than finish it. And if the enemy doesn't let them do that, she'll destroy them utterly. Even if it's overkill. Especially if it's overkill.
Even then, though, she never quite loses her friendly demeanor. She's been known to have casual conversations with those enemies that can talk back in the middle of a fight. Sometimes even utterly meaningless conversations. Playful banter is also not unheard of. And even when she brings down the hammer, so to speak, she does it with a smile on her face.

History: Anna was born and grew up the middle child to a family of three in a small, blink-and-you'll-miss-it town in the countryside of Georgia. Her family were very closely tied to the town itself. Her father was a local policeman, and her mother worked as a secretary at the town hall. Because of that, Anna ended up knowing everyone in town by the time she started school. They all seemed like a nice enough group of people to her. Everyone seemed to get along, there were never any major incidents, there wasn't even all that much bullying at school. Her father occasionally lamented that the only times there was much to do was when anyone from out of town came passing through. But all of that was on the surface. Underneath that, it was a town full of hate.
Not for outsiders, as one may suspect. Not even for people who were "different", although they occasionally caught it by definition. No, true to the saying that familiarity breeds contempt, just about everyone in town secretly hated everyone else. Until she started middle school, which required her to go to a larger, neighboring town, Anna didn't even notice. It started with kids her age being relieved to be away from and in different classes than others they had known their whole life. When asked why, some of them would tell Anna all sorts of things about their parents and how they didn't want their kids being friends with some other family's kids. Others would say they'd rather not talk about it. Others still told Anna that she wasn't an exception, and that they didn't want to be around her either. Slowly, many of her 'friends' drifted apart from her, which she could only blame on bad feelings she never realized were there.
A couple years later, Anna's father got promoted and went to work for the Georgia state police after cooperating with them in a local incident involving a fugitive that had run clear from the other side of the state. Although nobody from town openly spoke against him, Anna could see the resentment in the eyes of several others her father associated with. Jealousy, she assumed. But she didn't know how deep it ran until her father was fired for involvement in a drug scandal that he insisted he couldn't have had any part in. Although Anna never learned the truth, the attitudes of the people she believed resented her father changed. Now, there was always just a little bit of smugness to their tones, especially when they acted apologetic over their misfortune. Her father never called them on it, but took to ranting about those people when only the family was around. As her father struggled to find a new job that would allow them to maintain their current standard of living, Anna came to believe that the other townspeople had a hand in her father's dismissal. And so, she came to hate them as well.
This continued for four more years, until Anna was sixteen. Her family was still poor than they had been for most of her childhood, although she had managed to start providing partly for herself by working part time at a local florist. Her school life was less than pleasant, but at least she didn't have to deal with too many kids from back home there. She still had several friends in town, but much like most of the townspeople themselves none of it was genuine. Tension between many of the townspeople was running high, and by now Anna was no exception. She, like most of the other residents, hated just about everyone else by this point. But while it wasn't a great life, it was a stable one. Then, one day, a heavy fog appeared over the town. Strange creatures started to appear, attacking the residents. And at the center of it all was one single, large monster. Several people tried to fight it. Most of them ended up dead. The rest, became something else. For a full week the shadows, as Anna eventually heard them to be called, terrorized the small town, until help arrived. A group of trained fighters calling themselves 'Special Circumstances' appeared, fighting off the shadows with a strange power. But when Anna was cornered in her home by one of the shadows, the town's 'saviors' realized only too late. With no other options left, Anna borrowed one of her father's guns, loaded it, and began firing on the creature until it stopped moving. By some miracle, she defeated it with only bearable enemies. But before she could escape, another shadow appeared.
Only, this time, the shadow was her.
This, she realized, must have been what happened to the people who had 'changed'. A monster in their image appeared, then killed and replaced them. Her shadow self loudly declared her resentment for the other townspeople, just in time for one of the fighters to arrive with one of her friends. One who was among the number that she had 'secretly' hated until the shadow announced it. The friend and the fighter tried to help her, but with two conflicting statements. "It's okay, I know that's not you" versus "Don't deny it, it'll only make it stronger. Anna was paralyzed between the two for a moment, before finally giving in and, with a resigned smile and an apology, accepting the shadow as herself. After that, the shadow vanished, becoming a Horned Serpent. The fighter identified the creature, which vanished into the recesses of Anna's mind seconds later, a Persona.
From there, Anna joined the fight and assisted the other Users in defeating the shadows running rampant in the town. Afterwards, she was offered a place within the organization, fighting shadows wherever they may appear. Though they offered her time to consider, Anna accepted without a second thought. As soon as she was called on for another incident, she left town and never looked back. And so began her own adventure.
It started off fairly tame, as many adventures do. Fighting small shadows in localized incidents, usually with other members accompanying her and citing the name Special Circumstances. But that, too, changed when they encountered something that was most definitely not a shadow. For lack of a better term, they called the monster a demon, and in fact that was exactly what it was. Now, by this point, Anna had long since gotten used to fighting monsters, and had come to enjoy it. But the battle with the demon was an entirely new kind of thrill. It wasn't just satisfaction of doing a good job and not dying anymore. She was actually having fun. Her teammates on the endeavor would later describe the smile on her face as she finally defeated the creature as being very unnerving. But it was in that moment that fighting alongside the organization was no longer an excuse to stay away from home forever, but something she genuinely wanted to do. Her Persona changed as she accepted that realization, becoming the Thunderbird.
From there, she started taking on more solo assignments, actively seeking out and fighting demons. Shadows, too, when they came up, but demons were much more fun. Finally, after seven years had passed since she left home, near the end of a few weeks of vacation, she got a call for an assignment on an incident already in progress. The location, Mosaic City, had passed beneath her incident for a few months due to the widespread belief that it had become a dead zone. But now, new reports were coming in, and they placed the presence of demons within the city. Excited by the prospect, she cut the rest of her vacation short, armed herself, and made her way there within a few days. It was time to put on a show.
