Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Yeah, it was the typical routine. I yawned and took a sip from my drink as I exchanged contact details with Vice. Phone to phone exchange was had (temporary, of course), the works. I tried not to yawn. This was obvious procedure; almost like protocol in nature. "Yeah, here you go, let's exchange contact details. Building a list of contacts who are in the know would indeed be beneficial in the long run. It's also my long-term agenda. Creating a network of people who are concentrated in making this work out would serve us pretty well..." I trailed off. Well, that was enough from me. "...Yeah. Is there anything else we need to discuss or are we good? We have each other's contact details, so discussion can be continued elsewhere if necessary. I have free time whenever, so if you need to go out and want me to join you, just let me know, of course. I'll try to join you."
All standard stuff for the Information Operator, Vice mused. She was getting bored with the whole exchange and Vice was pretty sure that he wouldn't be getting much more from her today. He also had other plans for the day, and since it was only noon, he might as well go ahead and do some grocery shopping for the time being. Gotta restock the fridge and all that given he's living alone and all. With the exchange finally over, the young man then packed his phone once more and stood up from his seat before stretching. A small content sigh escaped his lips as his customary 'hands in back pockets with easy smile on face' pose came back to the fore. He'd probably dub it something subtle like the 'chill guy' pose or whatever. Turning around as to face his temporary companion, Vice just gave her a small nod again and the same crinkle of his eyes as the smile on his face just grew a fraction bigger.
"Aye. I'll just message you my schedule and you can go ahead and see what fits, yeah? We can probably part ways from here, and if I can gather a couple more things about the outside area, I'll make sure to update you on that. Information's valuable after all."
Another nod and the young man turned his back towards the girl as he began to move towards the opposite end of the road that was made available to them.
"There's a pretty good doctor 3 blocks south from here! I'd get that wound checked out if I were you!"
The parting words echoed out into the empty space as Vice's back slowly disappeared from view.
