Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

There was little else Dave had left to explore or the second floor of the executive building. He had visited this floor several times in his explorations, going through offices for things he thought might be interesting, stealing computer components (he wasn't going to risk another repeat of the first floor) and fighting the shadows that lurked within the halls. Still, he felt himself drawn back to the location, as if something were demanding him to explore. Was there something of value here he had yet to discover? Was he waiting for another shadow like that computer? He was hoping to take it on alone, but it was unlikely he would be able to win. If worst came to worst, he could always get a hold of Takeda and Seiji to help out, but he would prefer not to fight if he didn't have to. Still, he would have to keep killing the shadows, maybe that would provoke a stronger one.

Dave's jaw dropped a bit at thee sight of the muscled shadow. It was like it was made specifically to taunt him. It might have worked. While it was finely toned, the damn mask kind of ruined it though. Dave was not impressed in the slightest by the constant, cartoon-ish look of shock on the creature's face. He immediately produced his evoker and fired, ripping his persona free.
He fired off a Mudoon attack, blasting the shadow with dark energy. It came charging from the attack and punched Dave square in the gut. He felt the floor leave him and slammed into a wall, winded. He fell to the floor and fired his evoker again before he even began to stand up. Light energy now encircled the beast, this time dealing effective damage. Dave considered going in for a punch, but figured the shadow was obviously better at the close-quarters thing. He instead fired another Hama at the Shadow, striking it once again with critical damage.
A dark rune appeared at Dave's feat and he smirked. The attack hit, but did very little against Dave's natural resistance. Another Hama and it was over with, leaving Dave the victor and free to go home.
