Name: Icarus Kerberos or #028
Age: 2 years
Date of Birth: July 8th as recognized birthday.
Birthplace: Unknown; He refers to Mosaic City as his birthplace when asked.
Gender: Male
Sexual Orientation: Unknown
Face Claim: Naegi Makoto from Dangan Ronpa: Academy of Hope and High School Students of Despair.
Appearance:
Height: 5 ft 8''
Distinguishing Features: There are small signs of cracks along both his arms. They extend from the middle of his palm and snake up to where his shoulder joint is.
Class: Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapon
Arcana: Justice
Occupation: Student
Weapons and Proficiencies (Optional): Being an Anti-Shadow Unit, he specializes in Level 1 fire-arm type weapons with Pierce damage. Since he is a fairly new unit, he hasn't exactly mastered using these weapons.
Personality: Icarus is usually found to be quite stoic and keeps to himself most of the time by other humans. He is very curious about the humans and their world, but finds a hard time processing most of it because of his need to fight Shadows. He lives, and breathes so to speak, fighting Shadows and often times finds himself lost in the world when not engaging in combat. When he is assigned a designation, by other humans or himself, he will give his 100% to completing the assignment unless Shadows are involved, which he will immediately switch his focus. When engaging in normal conversation, he tends to come off as very blunt and tends to speak formally even with people he is acquainted with. He does enjoy talking with other humans, but many seem to feel intimidated by his manner of speech.
Icarus believes that all creatures are based off some form of 'justice' or 'way of life'. He judges humans and creatures on a system he morphed from the ego he was given at his 'birth'. He uses a scale system of priority, ten being a 'Must be eliminated' status while one is an 'Ignore' status. His own beliefs are the core of the system and to which he uses. Basically, he believes that all creatures should follow some type of law that has been set by higher beings (such as your creators or adults). Shadows exist outside of the 'normal' law, therefore should be eliminated. Most beings fall within the lower end of the scale, though criminals usually can hit the ten mark. Any law or rule-breakers usually will be apprehended or terminated if resisted. When faced with situations where this may occur, he usually goes into full combat mode to apprehend the culprit. Nothing really changes, despite his focus being primarily capturing the offender and his robotic like speech appearing. He admires policemen and other law-abiding humans.
He does feel some pressure to follow his orders to apprehend Shadows. His programming prevents him to venture outside of the city ring during school hours, which can make him feel slightly depressed. There are often times where he finds himself enjoying the human world, but then his sense of duty to defeat Shadows interferes with it. He often times can be found conflicted on where to act, but usually it defaults to fighting Shadows. He finds it hard to understand that some humans do not know the existence of Shadows and continue to go about their lives without knowing of them. It is fascinating, but definitely strange for him to comprehend. Icarus fears is being demolished by a Shadow or being erased for not defeating enough Shadows, as well as being found and returning to the facility where he was created. He has a hard time understanding certain human concepts and usually misinterprets things. He refers to Persona users as simply 'User' or 'Users'.

History: He knew he was different when he was first created. Icarus was one of the many Anti-Shadow Suppression Units created, though he was among the few that were actually created with Male egos in mind. He was given the memories of his past units, though he tries to ignore looking in his memory systems at those files. The most of the more vivid memories involved fighting each other, as well as learning to be human and memories of the facility. Icarus was never sure if he grasped the concept of 'human', as many times where he thought he had done well were shown with little positive feedback. He was said to come off as 'not human-like enough' when overheard by most of the scientists at the facility. The reason behind it could possibly be that he was given a less than average size of Plume of Dusk than other units were given. He wasn't even sure if he wanted to be like humans, though he had always been fascinated by the scientists and their motives.
While living inside the facility, the android was told that eliminating Shadows was the priority of the units as well as learning to summon their Persona. He spent at least one year inside the facility, mostly being taught the ways of the humans as well as how to defend himself against the Shadows. They were never allowed outside of the facility walls, though there were open areas under heavy surveillance to wander around in. Icarus found himself enjoying those memories fondly, and even discussing some things with his sibling units. Most of the outside knowledge that was learned was by conversations some of the scientists had; beyond what they were taught of course. Eventually he managed to barely pass above the 'Ready' mark for being deployed outside of the facility once he summoned his Persona, Macha. Icarus was told he was to keep his status as an Anti-Shadow Suppression Unit a secret unless absolutely necessary, or when faced with other Persona units.
He was taken to a transport area shortly after he was told he was being removed from the facility. He was told he was being escorted by two other Persona users, though he would eventually be split from them later on. No one told him their names, nor did he ask. He remembered being surrounded by darkness for a long time. He wasn't even sure how long time had passed before he was woken from his stasis. The two Persona users he had met before being deported were there when he awoke, though one was missing when he had woken up. The user had told him about where he would be staying and that he would be blending into a High School inside of a place called Mosaic City. They had been just outside of the city limit, though the other of the two Persona users was fighting off Shadows that had swarmed the small group. Once the information had been delivered, he was told to move into the city using underground path that had been found by one of the two.
Icarus left the two quickly to find the underground entrance, though he encountered a number of Shadows that blocked the way. While fighting the group, he managed to crack his arm armor and was forced to retreat past them. Luckily he was fast enough and made it into Mosaic City where he currently resides.
