Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Dave slid into the shop. He wasn't sure what he was doing here. Well, he was sure, but he didn't know why he went here of all places. It's probably because I don't want people to think I'm a freak for having all this random crap. Saying nothing, he began to pull out all the assorted items he had picked up from his venturing in the tunnels. Once he had provided her with all that he had brought with him, he shoved his hands into his pockets, looking around awkwardly.
"So, uh, how much can I get for this?" He asked quietly. This place was not in his repertoire of places to be friendly and comfortable.

Dave opened the dusty door again and watched as the dusty floor and dusty walls and dusty dust rose in a flurry to greet him with its pointless dustiness. This was ridiculous, there was no reason for there to be this much dust. He had just been here the week before and he knew of four other Persona Users now that would probably use this same service. There was no telling how many others there were. The shop simply couldn't be so infuriatingly dusty. He wondered if the woman in charge kept a barrel of dust in the back room to cover everything every so often. Considering everything else that was going on, that was probably actually true. He slowed his breathing, not wanting to get the infernal dust into his lungs.
Then again, he reasoned as he dumped the bag of junk on the counter (this time loaded with all sorts of wonderful goodies, more valuable than his last run), it might also have something to do with all those freaky eye rifts that seemed to form around the woman whenever he gave her shit.

Once again, Dave found himself at the gap with yet another bag full of crap that was completely useless to him. Once again, he was going to sell this useless crap to the weird blonde lady with the intra-dimensional portal things surrounding him. He took a moment to wonder why she was even taking the junk. She didn't seem like she would actually need it. Maybe she just wanted an excuse to give people free money. She had given him his Evoker at no cost. Of course, who could divine the will of weird meta-beings who sat around in a dusty old shack all day complaining about birds.
He stepped inside, greeted with a new fresh layer of dust. Ok, this was just ridiculous. He had seen at least a dozen other people during the full moon. He had to assume that they were all visiting this place once in a while to drop off some stuff they found in the outer circle. Fighting shadows was expensive. Still, the dust cleared in great smoky clouds as Dave walked through the shack towards the counter, dumping his sack all of the place.

Dave opened the door and shut with haste. He was just going to get in and get out. Honestly, this place always gave him the creeps and he wasn't too fond of the woman, seeing as how she had almost killed him with the stupid bird mission. Still, this was a good way to get extra money. He approached the counter with the blonde-haired woman. Does anyone ever read these posts? He sighed and dumped the bag of junk out on the counter. Bits of machinery and other crap, dozens of collected cell phones. He would have tried talking to her, but she never usually responded. This place was pretty much here only for missions and money, apparently.
