Phoebe's apartment is a pretty simple 4-room arrangement. It has a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a sitting room/general living area.
The bedroom is rather small but furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a book-case, a small vanity and a big armchair near the window with a standing lamp next to it (this is Phoebe's reading nook). There's also a standard desk which carries more books and her computer; the monitor is a LDC TV which acts as her TV as well and her PS3 stands on its side on her desk, near the computer. The room is nice decorated with her personalized style; the walls are a pale, sugar-plum purple, the ceiling is white, the floor is hardwood covered by a black rug with colorful patterns and the curtains are white and red with black patterns. On the wall above the desk hangs a canvas with a replica of Gustav Klimt's "Water Serpents II" and on the other wall a copy of Dante Gabriel Rosetti's "A Vision of Fiametta". Posters of anime, video games and movies litter the rest of the walls. Phoebe keeps a lot of knick-knacks around, like collectible figures, geeky plushes (she's got a Portal 2 turret plush among others) and some throw pillows. Her bedroom is generally clean but a little untidy.
Her cat, Eliot, also has a basket in here, which he rarely uses because he always tries to sleep on the bed with her. Eliot is a pretty big and hefty male tuxedo cat. His black and white coat makes him look very dignified but he's actually pretty silly as far as cats go. The apartment is his primary stomping ground.
The bathroom and kitchen are both fairly standard, kept clean and tidy. The kitchen sees a lot of use and is full of little conveniences that make cooking all the easier; everything is arranged neatly. There's a series of jars along the main bench surface containing frequently used dry materials like sugar, flour and cereal for easy access in the morning. The fridge is always well-stocked, as is the little pantry cupboard. Indeed, this is a kitchen of a proud amateur chef. It also has the primary eating area with a round table with three chairs around it. Eliot's litter box is near the sink, just in front of the sliding balcony door, and his bowl of water and food sits across the room.
The main living area is a little sparse as Phoebe doesn't have a lot of guests often. There's a sofa (which can fold out into a bed, if needed), an armchair, a little coffee table and a large bookcase/entertainment center with a second, older TV bought for a song at a yard sale and an almost obscene amount of books and National Geographic magazines. A few more copies of paintings hang on the walls, most notably Monet's "Water Lilies and Japanese Bridge" and John William Waterhouse's "Ophelia". A plush, plum-colored rug is on the floor and the curtains match in a deep burgundy. The room has a pleasant atmosphere. Eliot's cat-tower stands in the corner.

Persona Info
Hypatia
Hypatia of Alexandria was a female philosopher, one of the earliest mothers of mathematics and astronomy and a figure prominently associated with the famous Library of Alexandria. She was considered one of the finest minds of her age and a universal genius. Hypatia was murdered by a Christian mob, after being accused of using magic and seduction to lure people away from God. Her murder is thought to mark the end of Classical antiquity and to have contributed to the eventual downfall of Alexandria's intellectual stratum, which pinnacled with the destruction of the Library.
