Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Heat Riser was amazing. He knew it helped out when he and Luka had gone on that mission together, but, coupled with his new Diarahan, he felt unstoppable. With his increased speed, he was rarely touched. With his increased defense, the damage was small. When it got bad enough, he could just fully heal himself. Of course, with his increased destructive power, the enemies had to last long enough to be and issue. He had begun using his actual body again, not just his scissors. It was exhilarating to fight using his full “self” once more. Of course, that could have just been the adrenaline rush from Heat Riser talking. He was having fun, all the same.

Akira encountered yet another one of those chair-riding, ice-flinging Shadows. Now, while he could have played it tactically safe, the boy in drag really did not feel like taking his time. Punching this bitch out would also be really satisfying, considering how he had to tip-toe around her when it came to earlier engagements. Shooting forward, the boy easily twirled around the blast of ice the Shadow produced. While he was naturally light on his feet, Heat Riser only amplified that. He then leaped at the feminine Shadow, landing in the chair and effectively straddling the Shadow. Now, there were a number of things wrong with this picture. Plus, the Shadow itself looked absolutely shocked. Then terrified.
Akira punched it in the face. Closed-fist, knuckles-only. Repeatedly. As his barrage continued, the chair slowly sank. The Shadow itself squirmed, but it seemed to be unable to handle a close-quarters engagement like that.

Dusting himself off, the boy stood straight and took a deep breath. Damn, that felt good. Heat Riser was a little dangerous. He understood that now. But, all the same, it helped him perform even better. Knowing better than to push himself, though, he decided to cut the trip short. Nodding to himself, he stretched his body out, utilizing breathing exercises to stabilize his breathing and heart rate. He was high on the battle. Needed that shit out of his system. Needed to calm down. Even after calming and turning to leave, the boy was dreadfully aware of one keep thing.
He was, wholeheartedly, looking forward to his next trip there.
