Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Akira's gaze turned dull after the flick, as if silently questioning the girl, wondering just how goofy she must have been to assault the source of her information. Well, he listened to her, all the same. All the minor details coincided with what he had learned. All he really learned was that there was a fourth one with a verified second shape. All in all, though, it was good to know. That meant that there was another potential threat wandering around out there. Hopefully, she wasn't turtle-tier on the annoyance level. He could handle another puzzler or a pussy, but not a second turtle. One of that shit was enough. Still, the girl asked for what he found. Okay. That was fine. But, after she had flicked him, he saw little need to just give her what she wanted. One did not simply assault the source for their information. It was in bad taste, among other things.
”All of your minor details, as well as the fact that Shadows feed off of emotional energy.” He responded at first, just staring up at the girl with that dull gaze. Then he smiled. ”As for shapes, a cat, a snake, and a turtle. All I need at this rate is a bird, and I'll have the four sacred beasts.” Other details? Nope. She'd have to politely request for further supplementation. She brought that shit upon herself, after all. He had already given her smaller concessions.

He certainly didn't seem to enjoy that flick. Oh well. That wasn't her intention. Then again, Luka would not have been surprised if the boy actually did enjoy it. Focusing on the information that she was given, it would seem that they had received most of the same information. The information that she had received from that shadow was starting to seem much more credible. I see. Then it would seem that we have quite a few more problems to deal with than just an occasional nuisance on the full moons. Though, she was much more interested in the "identities" of these shadows.
So, you said that you had these shadows' identities, or an idea of them. Let's hear it. She was clearly asking for what the boy was holding out on, being some of the most important information for this topic. She crossed her arms and tilted her head as she waited for a response.
With the information that he supposedly had, they could likely scout out these targets and based on what they find, decide how to deal with them. And though she knew that these shadows likely had little to do with the barrier, perhaps it might answer some questions.

Akira just stared as the girl commented and then requested- or perhaps demanded was really more accurate?- the other tidbits he knew about the enemies. Well, he could tell her, sure. He could give her all the info he had, yes. In fact, it was fully within his intentions to tell her about all of that at some point in the near future. That was just how things were. The issue here, however, was the fact that she was straddling him without acting upon it, attacking him, and, finally, demanding information from him. He was not a PoW. He was not the victim of a Family or a crime syndicate. He was just a normal-ish boy being attacked by a wannabe dominatrix that was trying to get information out of him. Naturally, he had absolutely zero intentions of giving into her demands so long as things were like that. Therefore, the boy just crossed his arms, stare never wavering.
"No. You'll have to ask nicely." With the finality and resolution of a judge giving out a death sentence, the just stared at the girl before his lips finally curled into a slight smile.

Luka waited patiently. She knew that Akira would be reasonable about this. That being that he would not simply keep things from her over something silly. In this sense, she had felt that she was suddenly proven wrong.
She simply returned the unamused gaze at Akira, mimicking his crossed arms. I refuse. Jeez. . . so childish. She sighed, then looked out the window for a moment. It seemed to be getting later, and yet, there they were fooling around rather than getting work done. She raised her arms to stretch, only to lose her balance as she did so. She leaned forward, which ended with her plopping right against Akira. His face was really close, and all she could do was stare at him. H-Hey Akira, I've been meaning to ask you. . . Her face turned red for a moment as her voice became slightly more submissive. Naturally, this looked like some sort of cliche situation where the girl confesses to the guy. But was it?
What kind of shampoo do you use? I never got the chance to ask you the last time we talked. She simply stared at him with this blatantly straightforward expression. It was as if she was oblivious to the situation at hand here. Now not only had she begun to forget about the student council work, but she was beginning to get side-tracked from the shadow talk.

The girl's form lost balance. Luka fell right next to Akira. They were close. She stared. He stared back. In fact, despite the change of things, despite the fact that he was no longer pinned, he did not seem too bothered. In fact, after verifying that the girl hadn't managed to hurt herself, like an idiot, he continued his dull stare. She then launched a rather silly and personal question. Geez! This girl could have asked any number of things! His fetishes! If there was a boy or girl he liked! The meaning of life! Instead, she went straight for the dirty and embarrassing- his shampoo. His dull gaze persisted. His smile grew very slightly, though.
"I use 'Ask Nicely' by 'Common Courtesy'. It has a certain charm to it." The boy calmly noted, arms still crossed, as the smile warped into a grin.

The boy continued with his stare, which was highly annoying to Luka. Not only did he completely disregard her question completely, but he still had not given her an answer in regards to the shadows. And so, the girl simply shot the stare right back at him. At least, until her patience broke. This didn't take all that long.
With a sigh, the girl rolled off to the side and rested on the floor next to Akira, making a pillow with her hands. She hadn't intended to copy him this time. It was simply more comfy this way. Regardless, her patience had been defeated. Such a jerk. She had sounded legitimately hurt going by her tone. While gazing up at the ceiling, she had a completely straight expression. Very well. Would you please tell me what you know about the shadows? She had been defeated this time it seemed. She had put up an impressive fight in her own opinion. And while we're at it, if you really want to go somewhere, give me a place that isn't imaginary places since I'm apparently unable to visit right now. With a huff, she rolled sideways so that her back was facing Akira. She was clearly trying to seem visibly annoyed.

The boy was pleased. The girl's resistance had broken, the last few words of violence aside. With a pleasant smile and a finger tracing up the girl's back, through her shirt, the boy shifted and began to stand up. He had accomplished what he needed to get done. This girl had completely forgotten all about their work. More than that, he would have a good means of getting out of other work tomorrow, as well. He was covering all of his bases, and he was doing so quite well, he believed. With a hand extended for the sole sake of helping the girl up, the boy let out a silent laugh, grinning down at her.
"Well, since you asked so politely, I suppose we could go and find someplace interesting to sit down and eat at while discussing Shadows and other similar business. Shall we, Magical Girl Runa Ruka?" He tacked on the girl's "hero" name at the end just to bother her, but it was good that they were leaving. Shadow business was just much more interesting than signing boring paperwork business.
"Of course, I am still open to discussing on the floor, if you'd prefer that."

As soon as she felt the finger going up her back, Luka's body thrusted forward as if to escape its grasp. Only, it simply resulted in her squirming around a bit while on the floor. Quite the funny sight, to be honest. Finally, she turned back to facing the ceiling to look at Akira. From there, she took his extended hand and pulled herself up.
She certainly wasn't happy with the name that he seemed to continue to use. Her "hero" name, that is. She sighed as her head drooped to the side. Very well. That sounds good I suppose. Little did she know, the girl would likely never get Akira to sit down and do that paperwork. She would be forced into doing it all by herself. Finally, with the last comment the boy made, the girl giggled a little. Paaaaaasssssu. She was starting to feel a little better now that she wasn't going to be doing any work for the rest of the day. Of course, that illusion would likely be shattered the next time the student council would meet. Just the usual.
