Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

It was time for more exploring and hopefully this time it would be stealthy exploring. Could shadows sense users? There was only one way to find out and Holly intended to test it as thoroughly as possible. She moved slowly and carefully through the sinkhole careful to stay in the shadows (so to speak) and not make any noise. If some found her then perhaps they could sense users. That would explain why they always found her and why she always got into fights whenever she went exploring. If that was the case then maybe she should stop coming out here.

Well, so much for that idea. It was disappointing even if she didn't expect it to work in the first place. Her body was enveloped in several colors, and this time the enemy was covered in one instead of the usual none. Interesting, but nothing she really had to worry about. A single weak shadow wouldn't be enough to kill her, not with her healing ability. As usual, she weakened the shadow. The shadow responded by putting an anti-magic shield around itself. Holly didn't care because she didn't intend to use magic at all, so with a shrug she began pelting it with her weapons. The shield meant that it likely had some kind of elemental weakness, but since it didn't completely nullify pierce it didn't really matter. Even if it did have some strong attacks, they weren't strong enough to take her down in one hit, and therefore she would win eventually. The joys of being a healer.

Experiment failed, boring cave explored, nothing of note found, life could be so unfair sometimes. With a sigh, Holly made her way back up the safe path to the exit. That was enough exploring for one day even if she didn't do all that much in the end. The trip back was uneventful, as it tended to be. It was like the shadows knew she was leaving or something. It didn't take too long and she didn't see anything interesting or unusual on the way up. Even outside of the sinkhole itself was just as it always was. At least the trip home would be simple.
