Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

There was nothing left to explore here, she had gone through this place so many time and explored every little piece of it thoroughly. There wasn't anything more to be gained by coming here. Yet, here she was once again, and she wasn't feeling bad about it either. Holly kind of liked the atmosphere in the pit. The caves had a lot of neat formations and it was pretty easy to get to them if you stayed on the safe path. Right now, she just wanted to talk a nice, pleasant walk, or at least as pleasant as a walk can be in the shadowlands.

Unsurprisingly, she couldn't just walk around the shadow-infested zone without running into a few shadows. Fortunately, it was just a small pack of mayas and they tended to be pretty easy. Holly was engulfed in numerous colors as the battle began and all of her passive buffs activated and as always she started the battle by casting a single stack of Debilitate. The first maya responded by casting Agi. Holly just stood there somewhat dumbfounded as the tiny fireball collided with her and did absolutely nothing. The next maya sent a slightly larger fireball at her and all she could do was blink. The third actually did something useful. It formed a fist out of its gooey body and it started glowing as it raced towards her to punch her, but it missed her completely and just ended up making a large dent in the cliff behind her. Well, this was underwhelming. The true threat was obvious though.
Without wasting a moment, Holly grabbed one of the knives out of her legendary windy knife set and forcefully threw a few at the shadow that was trying to extract its fist from the side of the cliff. It squealed and its body began to disintegrate. Good, that was one down, now for the weaklings. The weakest of the group continued to send more fireballs at her. Why the hell did shadows like throwing fire at her face so much? She was glad it did nothing to her now. The slightly stronger maya at least tried something new, but it was still equally as ineffective. Ice. Normally she would be worried, but her armor protected her. Then, she suddenly felt a giant, golden hand slam into her back.
What the hell? It knocked her onto her feet. She looked behind her as she got up only to see that the shadow she was sure she had killed was there wiggling happily at its hit. Holly narrowed her eyes at the creature and slammed another knife into its face. It disappeared into a puff of smoke once again, but she continued to stare at the other shadows attacked. This time they used wind. It was kind of them to heal her after she got hit with that powerful attack. She threw her knives at the weaker of the two, and while it looked like it resisted her attack, it still disappeared. The stronger one used lightning, which was actually able to hurt her! She was sure it was proud. It didn't hurt that much though. She switched to her regular knives and put that creature out of its misery too.

And there was the uneventful fight on her uneventful walk. It was strangely refreshing. Holly just continued on her way as though nothing happened since she took so little damage. There wasn't even much point in healing. The combination of them using attacks that didn't hurt her, attacks that healed her and her armor meant that she was still feeling just fine and there were only a few small bruises that would likely mostly heal up by the time she got out of this giant hole. Life was good and nothing was going to get her down.
