Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Layla had been out of the game for a bit. There was a good reason for it, but that didn't mean it bothered her any less. This was starting to get out of hand. Sooner or later, someone was going to tell her she shouldn't be going out and fighting, and she wouldn't be able to argue. Until then, she had to get as much done as she possibly could. As much as she tried not to fall into the same frenzied state of a little more than a month ago, the simple fact of potentially being forced to stop, even before she finally died, made it hard. There was no time.
The library was the most dangerous place she'd been yet, so that was where she'd continued. It would have the most impact.

Soon enough, Layla's path was blocked by the appearance of a big moving castle in the middle of an aisle. And from behind, an oddly coordinated collection of five floating eyes appeared to cut off any escape. Unnecessary escape, but either way, she was trapped. She summoned Vajrabhairava, and hit both of them with a charged Samsara. But they had no plans of being moved. Layla did note that the eyes were apparently attached to a large head, invisible until it was attacked. It appeared again as it launched a counterattack: a largely negligible blast of darkness. The castle, meanwhile, it her with fire, so Layla decided to focus on that first. Drawing her urumi, she sliced through the castle's stonework, cutting through it with slicing gusts of wind. It started to charge up an attack, but Layla cut it again before it could finish, destroying it. The invisible face shadow soon tried the same thing, charging up for what Layla suspected was another dark attack. She cut through it as well, but it didn't have the durability to take even that hit. The head dissolved on the spot, leaving the eyes to fall to the ground before dissolving as well.
