Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Ringo stretched himself as he walked around the numerous stands of the festival. He wore a light red jacket with a black t-shirt underneath and jeans. He wasn’t really dressed to impress but he wasn’t with anyone today anyhow. He could’ve called Holly and Minako but he only considered them friends and there was the possibility of them having plans of their own anyways. He closed the phone with his right hand and took another bite of his cotton candy that is being held in his other.
He might as well consider this his break before the next full moon. Despite his frequent trips to the outer areas, he still hasn’t unlocked his persona. Nothing seemed to work. He got beaten around by shadows but nothing seems to show up. Did he just lack this supposed potential? Then again the boy met in the park didn’t seem to not mind having no Persona to fight with so maybe he was fine.
Ringo shouldn’t be diving too deep into his thoughts. He wasn’t the best thinker that and he wasn’t completely paying attention to his surroundings. Ringo quickly skidded himself to a stop. He sighed in relief when he realized that while he was close, he hasn't crashed into anyone. He laughed nervously.
Today was a strange and interesting day for Pyxis. Though the next full moon, and the chance to put hers and Alisa's game-logic-based theories into effect was fast approaching, she had taken the day (or at least a few hours of it) off from preparing in order to enjoy a festival held at the local shrine. The number of concepts in just the last part of that that needed to be explained to her were higher than what she normally went through in an average day, but now that she was here, everything about it just seemed exciting to her. Stalls with games (of the non-video variety, sadly), plenty of food (that she couldn't eat, not that it stopped her from imagining), plenty of people, and strange new clothes to go with it all. At the suggestion of one of her teammates, she had rented a pale pink, almost white yukata covered in floral patterns for the occasion. Though she had been complimented on it multiple times since arriving, her thoughts lingered primarily on the fact that it was difficult to move on. She felt like, if forced to do anything that required sudden movements, it would tear off.
But fortunately, that didn't seem likely. So far, she hadn't been required to do anything that involved more than walking in small steps. Even when someone nearly ran into her from behind, she hadn't so much as flinched. He apologized shortly after, but it wasn't an issue. Even if he had ran headlong into her, he wouldn't be able to hurt her. Although...doing so might have hurt him. That could have been an issue.
"It's no problem," she said, turning to face the boy. "You didn't even hit me."

"It's no problem," A girl with long red hair in a pale pink yukata was the one he nearly ran into. Ringo had to admit it was nice seeing a yukata for the first time in awhile...but now he was wondering if a yukata is the sort of thing to wear at a valentines day festival. Then again, he shouldn't be one to talk with how casually he is dressed. "You didn't even hit me." Ringo smiled.
"That's a relief." The fact that he was holding cotton candy wouldn't be much better. Yukatas are expensive after all. Come to think of it though, she didn't even flinch. "Enjoying the festival?" Ringo might as well fire up some small talk while he was here. "I got here myself not too long ago...though I'm taking my time, I'm not really with anyone."
The boy smiled in response, expressing his relief. Pyxis might have laughed, if he had any way of understanding what she was laugh about. Sure, someone might have gotten upset over getting cotton candy on her yukata. Sure, someone might have worried about knocking her over. But the only 'relief', Pyxis thought, that the boy should have been feeling was for not running straight into an unflinching wall of metal.
Not that he'd have any way of knowing that.
He then tried to strike up a conversation, asking if she was enjoying the festival. "I am," she answered. "I've never been to anything like this before, so all of this is new to me. Even the clothes. It's...interesting." She smiled at the boy. "And actually, I'm not with anyone either."

"I am," At least no one seemed to be having a bad day so far. "I've never been to anything like this before, so all of this is new to me." This was her first time to a festival? This would explain her choice of attire in contrast to what type of festival this was. "Even the clothes. It's...interesting." The girl smiled at him. Ringo did the same though he refrained from commenting. "And actually, I'm not with anyone either."
"I see..." Ringo took another bite of his cotton candy. "Been to some of the festival games? Any stands of interest?" He might as well ask. He can't traverse all the stands himself after all and he might as well get some suggestions.
And speaking of things that were new to her, just what was the boy eating? She knew it was called cotton candy, but it looked...well, all cotton, no candy. It was obviously edible, otherwise no human would eat it, much less sell it to kids at a festival. The boy seemed to like it, but before Pyxis could comment on it he asked another question.
"A few of them," she said. "There was a shooting game that was fun, but some of the targets are designed to not fall over even when you hit them perfectly." What was with that, anyway? Were they just weighted down? Or was it the shape of the targets themselves? Pyxis had wanted to play again to find out, but there had been too much of a line. Oh well, maybe she could go back later.

"A few of them," The girl said. "There was a shooting game that was fun, but some of the targets are designed to not fall over even when you hit them perfectly." Money scams...of course...not that this isn't the first time in the history of the world and Ringo can’t exactly talk. Ringo did admit to spending a good number of money on festival games when he was a kid.
"Oh by the by, I'm Ringo, its nice to meet you." He might as well get to know her name since she is at this festival too and hanging out with him and all. He took another bite from his cotton candy as he waited for an answer from the girl.
