Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

After her adventures in the mines, Sayu found that she could not stand to enter the caves again any time in the near future. They were filthy, dirty, dusty, nasty, disgusting, and the Shadows there shared those qualities. That roughly translated to living filth covered in additional filth. Filth was filth and more filth only made it worse. Now, all in all, ruins would not entirely fix the filth issue, and fighting Shadows was only going to continue bringing the girl near mobile landfills, but, all in all, the hospital was a much cleaner environment than the mines had been. Cleaner, and generally more tolerable.
She really hoped there weren't needles just laying around on the floor, though. That was highly unsanitary.

Lo and behold, the exact thing that the girl was trying to avoid had appeared within the hospital. Not normal Shadows, but disgusting, slimy, icky Shadows that were looking to get close to her. She glared forward, summoned her card, shattered it, then gnashed her teeth together as she mouthed out her message, typing it into her phone. She had only one thing to demand in this particular situation. After all, there was only one way to take care of disgusting Shadows, she believed, and it was the same way laboratories disposed of waste materials- fires of purification.
”Tamamo, burn them away! Maragidyne!” The kitsune took a drag on her pipe before raising her hand. Flames trailed up her arm. Then, with a sudden, fierce wave, she sent the flames out in a wave of divine cleansing. One of the two Shadows had been completely purged. The other, however, sludged forward, much to the mute's displeasure. There was one way to take care of them that did not include fire, though. She lifted her gun and fired a few of the cryo balls at the Shadow. The front of it quickly froze over. It must have been weak to Ice. Regardless, the girl stepped forward slowly. Then, raising her foot, she stomped on the Shadow, causing the black ice to shatter and dissolve.

Sayu waited a moment before slowly turning around and scanning the surroundings. It did not seem as though there was anything around. Was she good for the time being? That was a fortunate turn of events. While she doubted anything would be strong enough to bother her, that particular duo was especially disgusting. The girl shifted about awkwardly before standing on one leg to examine the bottom of her shoe. For the most part, it seemed to be clean. Just the dirt and dust that would naturally accumulate while walking in ruins. That'd be taken care of later. She sighed and stood straight before stretching slightly. She felt pretty good purging them like that.
"Onward, march." She declared to herself as Tamamo disappeared. Her fingers had moved over the phone automatically. It was basically a subconscious motion now. The phone was a part of her.
