Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

I returned to the hospital once more, in another valiant search for answers. Why where there so many Shadows here? What was of such use here that Shadows would hoard and plunder a medical institution? It made little logical sense. Was it an animalistic desire to cause destruction? Was it an inner want to scrounge for shiny things? These were all things I tried to consider. There's no use thinking too hard about the behavior of Shadows you find here I sighed as I continued my way around the newly opened part of the Hospital. Last time I was here, I had encountered Shadow versions of staff, well, excepting the giant dressed as a nurse. That was almost nightmare fuel. It had been a while since I heard the more snarky part of my thoughts... It was almost endearing to hear it again. I'm glad you missed me. Yes, I know. Hopefully, I could accomplish something for the mission this time. Maybe I could find answers. Or maybe even hints from my parents. Who knows...
Do you seriously think you'll still find anything from them?

I whirled around as I heard a strange sound. Was that the sound of a running vehicle? Nope, it was just the strange drive thing I had been seeing both in the mines and in the... Well, most places I had been to with Chidori. This time it was sporting a syringe and it looked like it would sting quite a bit if the needle contacted me. It started to charge towards me... Watch out, it's going to smash at us. It'll hurt. Well, of course I knew that. Nevertheless, as I tried to evade the attack, the body of the thing still hit me. It could've been worse - the needle could've struck me as well. Yet, it didn't, so all that happened to me was me simply stumbling into the wall. I tried shooting an arrow at it in response, but the arrow itself seemed to just bounce of it effortlessly.
I sighed as the syringe turned to face me and shot an arrow of poison. However, although the arrow stung a lot, the venomous tip searing into my skin, any pain I felt came from the impact itself. I had not felt any semblance of poison or venom invading my system. Was this the power of the Persona gaining strength? I tensed myself, raising my arm again. It began to crackle with electricity and I launched a bolt of lightning at the creature, it reacted wildly, flailing about and spasming. It was weak to lightning, huh? A lot of things I was encountering here seemed to be weak to electricity. I took advantage of this to spend the rest of the time zapping the syringe with my lightning attacks.
However, the syringe spent a moment casting an empowering spell on itself; it started to charge back at me with stronger and stronger attacks. At once, the needle had pierced my arm, causing me to draw blood and stain my clothing. I growled and retaliated with my thunder spell again. It looked like it was going to be another war of attrition. However, it seemed to buckle and collapse under my unrelenting assault. Soon, it shattered and disappeared. I started panting and nursing my stung, bleeding arm.
