Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

This castle was pretty big. 'Maze-like' wasn't quite the term she'd use to describe it, but the place was big enough and many of the halls looked identical enough, that it was easy to get lost in. Therefore, today's mission was to finish mapping the place out and to make sure it was a very thorough map. So, Holly decided to keep her right hand on the wall and keep it there until the place was completely explored, she needed to let go for a moment to avoid going in circles, or she encountered a shadow. That should ensure that she saw everything possible.

While this wasn't exactly an unexpected event, Holly couldn't help but sigh when there was a giant shadow around the corner. Once again, there was only one. How strange, she had never encountered groups of shadows here despite encountering groups frequently in other areas in the past. Well, it probably didn't matter much.
The moment she encountered the shadow, she was enveloped in three colored lights simultaneously with no time or effort spent on her part. She felt strong, tough, fast, and she was about to make the shadow feel the opposite. A single Debilitate had worked well in the past, but this time she was going to have that and the effect of her auto-buffs. Seeing the effects of effectively having cast it twice while only needing the time it would take to cast it once should be interesting. Of course by 'interesting' she meant that she was pretty sure that she was going to beat the shit out of it so hard that it'd be like getting another awesome set of weapons.
The actual effects were not quite that dramatic, but she was definitely a lot stronger than before. After casting her debuff the giant tried to send a fireball to her face because that seemed to be all shadows favorite hobby or something, but between it being so slow and her being so fast it just flew right past her head and exploded on a nearby wall leaving some nasty scorch marks. Holly just grinned and began attacking herself. Her knives hurt the shadow quite a bit, but her grin lessened a bit when it didn't do quite as much as she hoped. Well, whatever. It was more than enough to finish it off even more quickly than before, and if it was going to keep flinging fireballs at her it didn't stand a chance. This time, she managed to end it in only three attacks, and the shadow only managed to hit her with one of the two fireballs it flug after the initial assault.

One more shadow down, but it was becoming fairly routine at this point. This time, Holly noticed something shiny on the floor. She wasn't quite sure what it was, but she could find out. She pocketed the trinket and put her right hand right back onto the wall and continued her exploration. She never did bother to do this with any of the other places, but she acknowledged that this was pretty excessive even fort his place. She was going to do it anyway. Just because. She felt like it that was reason enough right? It's not like the walls were unpleasant to touch anyway.
