Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

I guess this is the place.
CJ walked into the junk shop, dropping his trash bag full of random junk on the floor. Phoebe had told him of this place, of the strange blonde woman running it, and of the fact that he could sell all kinds of junk here when he wanted to, so he had gone with a roll of trash bags to the outer circle. The bag was full of everything he could find close to the barricade, which admittedly wasn't much and didn't look too useful. He wasn't here for the money alone, though, even though he really needed it. He also wanted to interview the eccentric lady that buys so many random things.
Phoebe did warn him not to try and interview the salvage lady. Apparently, the lady avoids answering all questions like they're the plague.
Getting info out of shifty people is my job. Certainly wouldn't hurt to try, would it?
"Hello! I heard you might be interested in buying this stuff. And could I ask you a few questions?"

CJ was determined to get something out of the strange blonde. Her refusal to talk to him was somewhat infuriating. He surmised that the items he had brought last time were not good enough to grab her attention. This time, though, he found something far better.
He entered the shop, walked up to the counter, and deposited a full set of silver cutlery, complete with soup ladle and an absinthe spoon. The cutlery was in the trunk of an abandoned, rusting car just outside a gas station, along with some bottles of fine wine and some broken wine glasses. He wasn't sure if the Salvage Lady would take the wine, or if she could find any use for it, so he decided to keep it, possibly to share it with anyone he pleases.
"G'day. Brought you some more stuff. I hope you find a good use for these. Anyway, would you mind telling me your name, at least?"
