Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

A lot happened in the past week. Her persona changed, she was strong enough to check out that weird, floating castle, she fought two strong shadows at once...it was all very different indeed. One thing that hadn't changed was that she was still collecting junk for an obnoxious woman that still wouldn't tell her anything. How long had she been doing this? It had to have been months now, and yet that woman was just as obtuse as ever. It was infuriating. Well, if she was going to those places anyway there was still no harm in picking up some junk and turning it in right? She supposed that didn't change either.

The castle had provided her with some interesting scrap, and getting said scrap was no longer such an arduous task thanks to her last haul. With any luck this collection would be just as profitable, but Holly wasn't counting on that. Considering how few of her hauls resulted in something THAT profitable it just seemed unlikely that something like that would happen again so soon. But there was no harm in staying positive right?
Thus, once again, Holly returned to the gap to drop of a sack of random odds and ends to the strange blonde woman in the gap.

This week she just had more stuff from the castle, but the stuff from the castle was pretty interesting and often quite pretty. It had been fetching her a pretty good amount of extra cash, but she still didn't care about that part. Holly was set for life the moment she was born after all. However, if the strange blonde woman was willing to give her this much for this stuff then it must be valuable to her right? It was where she was exploring anyway, so it was convenient that she seemed to be so interested in it. Hopefully she would appreciate this batch too.

While Holly was still suspicious of the mysterious blonde woman, she had come to trust her a bit more in the past few weeks. At the very least, she was pretty sure that the weirdo wasn't plotting to destroy the world, the city or the users or something. Of course, she was still being quiet about her motives, which meant she could still not be trusted. Her experience with people and with business had proven to her several times over that you cannot trust anyone who isn't open and straightforward with their motives. Still, Holly was content to bring her sacks of junk occasionally. At this point, she was pretty sure it wouldn't hurt anything.

This week, Holly didn't collect as much scrap as usual. Hell, she barely collected any at all. She wasn't really sure about the quality of what she did collect because she still didn't understand what the strange blonde woman looked for at all, so she didn't even have that element to make her feel better about her small haul. The whole sentient shadow thing was still bothering her a lot, so it made fighting shadows more difficult. Just what were they fighting? Did the strange blonde woman know? Why wouldn't she at least tell them that much? Did she know most users wouldn't fight if they knew what they were actually fighting? The whole situation was distressing.

Well, it was that time of the week again. Even though she was doing less exploring than usual, she still managed to collect quite a bit of junk for the strange blonde woman in the gap. It was times like this that she really noticed exactly how little they knew. Had they learned anything at all from their explorations? Well, she supposed they did by some definition of the word, but it really didn't seem like it was anything important. For starters, they still didn't even know what they were fighting let alone what they were after. It was unsettling.

While the strange blonde woman in the gap was...well very strange and very mysterious, Holly was beginning to accept that she was probably on their side even if she was rather irritating at times. Her remaining suspicions of the woman had been dying down in the past month, and while she couldn't trust someone so obtuse or...well someone that acted like the strange blonde woman completely she wasn't worried about her motives when it came to shadows anymore. So, bringing in new junk to exchange for cash was no problem anymore. Though, Holly still wondered what she did with it all.
