Finding the tower was easier the second time around. His last encounter in the building had nearly cost him his life, so Seiji had spent the last few nights preparing for his next foray into the uncharted wasteland outside the blockade. The bastard sword in his right hand was heavy, as it should be given the kind of weapon it was. There was nothing innately special about the weapon Seiji had purchased at Mosaic City's weapon shop, but he had made the weapon special with a little help from his brother. Both of them had a bit of aptitude for jury rigging, and they had managed to rig an electrical current to run through the blade, powered off of a battery taken from a scooter. Said battery was in his backpack, the wiring running down to the blade. Its leather scabbard was hanging at his side, but Seiji elected to carry the sword instead. Part of him feared a shadow attack at any moment. The executive building was up ahead. Strangely, the front entrance seemed to be open today. How convenient it was that it had been sealed off during his last visit to the place. Walking inside, he found the building to be in much the same condition as it had been during his last visit. Hopefully, he wasn't the only person exploring this building. There was potential here, or so Seiji hoped. Either there were answers or a possible location to rig a ham radio at the top.
Making his way up the stairs, he took a moment to lean against the rails and observe the lobby below again. He saw where Sir Gareth had fought off the shadows. Considering the knight was a part of Seiji, it had been a team effort. He wasn't the only one to feel improved since his last visit. Something inside him felt stronger. There were new doors opened, he felt new possibilities for attacks to fend off the shadows. Today, Seiji wasn't seriously exploring so much as he was looking for a fight. He wanted to test out his skills on the shadows. And oh boy was he ready. Despite how calm his face was, even stoic Mister Dalton would have admitted readily that he was ready to test his new toys and powers out. During his time on the Okinawa military base, he'd played quite a few role playing games. There were times he'd buy new gear and his party members would learn new attacks and he was just rearing to get them into a random encounter so he could test their powers out. Wandering the second floor of the lobby, hopefully he would find something to do...
