Luka returned to the strange citadel floating in the middle of the outer circle after a few trips elsewhere. Today, she ascended the staircase that had appeared just recently and headed through the doorway that she had a hand in opening up. Normally, when they defeated the big shadow of an area, they could progress further into an area. And when they progressed further, the enemies became harder. Just how much stronger would these enemies get anyway?

As she went through the doorway from before, Luka found herself in a library; an extremely large library. Nearly falling back as she looked up, the girl regained her composure and proceeded forward.

Taking a walk through the library very briefly, Luka got a good idea of how this floor was situated. It was simply a massive library with tons of books. Naturally, the girl began to wonder if she could sell a few of these books off to the blonde woman. Though these thoughts were interrupted as a shadow appeared in front of her. She started off by blasting the thing with a dark blast that knocked the shadow back and let it dissolve. Had it been done in already?

Luka watched as it materialized once more, throwing up a magical barrier. Seems this was another one of those shadows that had two lives. That wasn't good. Luka quickly blasted down the magic barrier, sending the attack back at her. Naturally, the attack did nothing to her. But the shadow now decided to actually attack, sending a powerful blast of energy at the girl. Taking the blast, Luka gritted her teeth before blasting it with another dark attack. Thankfully, that was enough to send it back down on the ground. This time for good. Luka watched as the thing dissolved finally, allowing her to freely explore the library a bit more before leaving.
