Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Sayu, once again, had headed to the floating castle of the Shadows. While it wasn't the dirtiest place- hell, it was disgustingly sterile in the opening halls- she still utilized the place as a good training ground. Even if it lacked the dirt that pushed her germaphobia away- which she was fighting in other ways, mind you- it posed a mental and physical challenge that the mute could address time and time again in the forms of lonely and dreary environments and powerful, if sometimes absolutely fucking retarded, Shadows to deal with respectively.
Still, the girl did have to question exactly why there was a library in a place utilized specifically for Shadows. Unless a large number of the human Shadows were around? That. . . that would be bothersome. Hopefully, that would not be the case. Still, it raised a number of odd questions.

For what seemed like the umpteenth time since the beginning of her battles in the ruins, Sayu was greeted with a blast of fire to the face. It was entirely useless, but also highly annoying, considering the fact that she preferred to go first in fights. All the same, it revealed that her veritable star-creation was likely ineffective. Her paintball gun was nice, but her flashbangs packed bigger punch over all. For those reasons, she summoned Tamamo and willed for a Die for Me!, which was supplemented by a flashbang. The light-dark one-two punch did a nasty blow on the scholarly giant, but not enough to finish it off. Next came a blast of ice, which Sayu avoided by jumping into a certain bundle of fluffy tails for safety. Following that, another one-two of light and darkness slammed into the giant, doing it in.
