Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Another day, another stroll in the museum and hopefully, Kyle thought, another bunch of Shadows to chop through. He was less mirthful than other times and absently pulled the jacked closer around him. He still couldn't believe Vice'd let him have his jacket. It was... really, a nice gesture, even though Kyle wasn't sure exactly why Vice had done it. But it actually had meant quite a bit to Kyle. He respected the dude.
Something is preying on your mind, Sitri grunted from beside him.
The massive leopard stopped its advance and stared at him, tail twitching in annoyance.
"I dunno what to make of the dude, furball. Something ain't been right about him in a while," Kyle huffed. "I dunno, maybe it's just me and I've got some weird feeling."
Instincts and secrets run deep and dark, Sitri said. Such is their nature.
"Shut up with the deep talk," Kyle muttered and kept walking.
He could not, however, ignore the obvious message in Sitri's words.

Kyle lowered his axe when he saw the Giant type rumbling towards him. Somehow he seemed a bit smaller than the ones he'd encountered here before. Sitri snarled, seeing it and immediately cast Sukukaja at Kyle's order. That enabled him to dodge the Shadow's opening attack, a slicing attack that came overhead with a sharp whistle. This one Kyle dodged and counted with a powerful swing of the axe, striking the Shadow behind the knee.
He jumped back immediately when the Shadow moved to its next attack, a double stab attack that puzzled Kyle even as it hit him squarely in the chest and knocked him backwards. How did these things conjure these kinds of attacks? He shook his head and resumed the attack through Sitri, who swung his paw and caught the Shadow with the heavy guillotine attack, pushing it back. Kyle pushed through with another swing of the axe and grunted as he dodged a third attack, this time a very strong swing that could've hurt quite a bit.
"Zionga," he stated and Sitri obliged.
The leopard struck with a bolt of lightning after electricity crackled over its wings and it roared upwards. The Shadow was jolted and stumbled backwards, just for Kyle to finish it off with a swing of the axe. He really had to get a better axe because this damn thing was starting to chip.
