Kyle was cursing loudly when he stormed into the museum this time around. He needed to vent. He needed to kill something and as he entered, he slammed his axe into a doorframe, shattering it.

"Fuck..."

Vice was dead. How?! How did that freakin' juggernaut of a User kick the bucket like that?! And why of all things, must he turn into a Shadow? He could've just died and Kyle would've fucking accepted that - everyone dies eventually. But to come back as... as that?

"The fuck am I supposed to do now?!" Kyle barked into the empty space. "I can't even fight the shithead! Aaaargh! Fuckin' hell!! Why'd this shit have to happen!? Goddamn it all! Fuck you, Vice! Just... FUCK YOU, WHEREVER YOU ARE!"

He really needed to kill something.

When the Shadow showed up, Kyle had worked himself up into such a state that he didn't bother with words or even properly summoning his Persona. Fortunately for him, Sitri did indeed appear at his side as Kyle rushed the Shadow. He landed the first hit with his axe, sending the Shadow backwards, wobbling. It countered with a singular blast of smothering darkness that wrapped around Kyle.

He shook it off despite the squeezing pain, broke through the mass of dark and Sitri attacked with a swing of his mighty paw; the blade attack dropped with a loud thunk like a guillotine and pushed the Shadow back again. The Shadow swung hard at him but Kyle had already dodged the blow. He returned the favor with a heavy-handed strike of lightning that sent the Shadow sliding backwards again. It suddenly reared up and did a strange wobble, casting something on him. Kyle felt dizzy and almost euphoric for a moment, like he couldn't attack this thing...

...but his anger shattered it and the next moment he was on the bloody thing like a demon, his axe coming down savagely onto the thing repeatedly. He slammed his foot into it, pushing the Shadow down despite the danger of contact, and hacked away like a madman. The axe made a horrible noise every time it contacted with the Shadow, chopping almost all the way through it. It tried to counter attack but even another blast of darkness did nothing to stop the berserking axeman. One last chop and the Shadow dissolved, leaving Kyle to drop to his knee, using his axe for support and panting, while his eyes stung like they were about to fill with tears.
