Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.
"Here you go," Anna said, taking the card Alisa offered and exchanging it with one of her own. It had her full name and occasional codename 'Flower Child', as well as a cell phone number and e-mail address. Of course, the e-mail address wouldn't be of any use, but Anna had made the cards under the assumption that she wouldn't be going into dead zones like Mosaic for most of the incidents she addressed. And for the most part, that was true. Even the ones where she was cut off from the outside internet, like the convention incident, didn't last long enough for it to be an issue.
Oh well.
"Of course, if I'm out here, you won't be able to call me. So if you need to find me outside of the lockdown, just look for my Persona." She closed her eyes for a second, then with a sound like breaking glass, the massive form of Thunderbird materialized overhead. "Needless to say, unless I'm indoors or in that pit you mentioned, it's pretty hard to miss."

I took the card from Anna which had her full name on it. A number which I eventually fed into my own phone and also noted down the e-mail address just for completeness' sake. I ignored the conveniently placed 'codename' there but I suppose it might come in useful sometime in the future. "Alright, I'll know where to look for you then when the time does come. It was nice to meet you and I hope we can work well together in the future. You appear to be a reliable and capable individual, something which I feel we have been... lacking, to put it rather bluntly." I sighed and scratched my head. It was true, though. Some of the stronger folks have been conspicuously absent as of recent times and those who were new, while they seemed hotheaded and ready to blindly fight for a cause, it was still dangerous for them.
"Likewise," Anna said, giving a nod to Alisa. "Always good to run into someone with their head screwed on straight before I have to deal with the crazies. As for the others...hmm, I may be able to help with that a bit." She'd helped train up newbies a couple times in the past and it wasn't too much of a stretch to assume she'd need to do it again. Show them the ropes, get them to work together, stamp out particularly stupid or suicidal behaviors, then give them tips on improving. Just so long as she didn't have to teach everyone how to fight from the ground up, there wouldn't be any problem. Well...there was the problem of having been out of the game for a long vacation. But she was about to address that once she and Alisa parted ways. "That's something to work out in the near future though. Before I do any of that, I'm gonna need a warm up."
