Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Luka looked over the rather large hospital in the Outer Circle. She was quite familiar with the place long before the destruction of the western half of the city. She didn't frequent the hospital, but she could at least navigate the place well enough. How much of the inside changed though? She began to ponder that, then began to wonder something else. Just how powerful would the shadows inside there be? The hospital wasn't as big as the executive building, but she could sense shadows around the same level of power here. With a sigh, she continued in regardless. Her destination had already been set to the inside of the building.
She looked around the lobby, noticing how different the place looked. The once busy, nearly always filled first floor was quiet and void of life. It made her a little sad. She looked around to see if there was anything of interest for her to take. Maybe she could grab some medical supplies while she was here? It would certainly save her the trouble of buying some. Not to mention, there might be stuff that the blonde woman might be interested in here. With her mind on scavenging rather than fighting shadows, Luka began to skitter around the room in search of various items that she could use. She wasn't expecting to find any shadows in the lobby. That kind of thinking could get her into trouble.

As she began searching through the various shelves behind the counters in the lobby, Luka found a lot of different medicinal items. Most of them were things that she couldn't discern the purpose of given the vague labeling. She managed to find a few things that she knew the function of, thankfully. Stuffing those into her bag, she noticed the small snack shop across the room. Figuring there might be a possible stash of canned food, Luka went over to check. She moved down each row, looking for anything that may be still good for eating. No good. . . Most of the stuff was food that had gone bad a while ago. The rest consisted of old magazines and gift cards. Nothing of interest for her.
Getting ready to leave, Luka noticed a few shadows in the other room now. Ducking, she began to ready herself for a surprise attack. She began by slowly walking across the room to a good vantage point, making sure to not be seen. Then when she found the perfect opportunity, she pulled out her evoker and released her Mamudo on the unsuspecting shadows. They were both hit and began to flail around in pain. With a successful attack, Luka ducked again, choosing to remain unseen. She would employ a hit and run tactic for this fight.
As seen turned the corner, she was met with one of the shadows face to face. A tall shadow with odd hands. Using her evoker again, she shot an ice attack at the enemy instantly causing it to crumble into ice shards. This of course alerted the other shadow. Luka sent out another ice attack at this enemy, hitting it directly. Unfortunately, it had little effect. The shadow continued at Luka, then attacked with an ice attack of its own. It was significantly more powerful than her own, knocking Luka well off her feet. This enemy could obviously resist ice.
Luka was left with no choice. She would have to use her naginata, having not enough energy to use her dark attack. Charging forward, the girl lunged at the enemy, tripped and landed a direct hit. The enemy took the weapon straight through its "chest." Then moments later, it disintegrated into nothing. Luka simply held onto the naginata now plunged into the floor, blinking confusedly. She won, she guessed.
