Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Holly didn't mind reading, but it wasn't exactly one of her hobbies. Spending most of her exploration time going through all of them was starting to get really boring, especially since it wasn't yielding any interesting results. Still, she insisted on pressing on and looking through them all just in case there was something useful there. She wasn't willing to risk missing something important just because she was too lazy and impatient to go through them properly. So, Holly started looking through books and doing a more thorough examination of the ones that looked particularly interesting to her. Hopefully she would find something more than shadows today.

As always some shadow peeked from behind a shelf and was looking for a fight. The only difference was this one was literally peeking around it like a two year old would. The mask hid its expression, but she had a few guesses to what it looked like. To make matters even stranger, it was wearing a cat ear headband. What the hell? Well, whatever, its ambush failed and now it was going to die.
Holly's body was covered in colors as her auto-buffs activated. She weakened the enemy as she always did, it had just become a habit at this point. The shadow responded by throwing a giant fireball at her face as it skittered towards her. A fucking fireball of all things. Holly just shook her head and attacked herself. The shadow wasn't weak to wind, but it would eliminate it soon enough. It's not like its attacks were strong enough to break through her healing anyway.

And that was that. Was it just her or were the shadows getting weirder and weirder? Holly just scratched her head wondering what the hell she just ran into. Fortunately, it didn't take too much out of her, so she was able to go back to her exciting task of reading through the books in the library even though sometimes it made her just want to beat her head against the wall. She wouldn't do that though, this was taking enough time as it is. There was no reason to make it worse with a head injury, so she would have to resist the urge.
