Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

"Definitely. I nearly died going in there the first time. Saying I shouldn't tell people not to is like saying parents shouldn't tell their kids not to touch the stove just because they did it when they were toddlers too." Ringo gave Holly a look that really only expressed his disbelief of Holly's position to be reprimanding him on his actions. "I also gained the means to fight the creatures in there and as far as I can tell, you did not." That much was true...though now Ringo is getting the implication that one has to nearly die to gain these powers. " This is just not your fight, it's nothing to be ashamed of."
"Even so...now knowing all of this..."
" Just imagine getting struck by lightning or set on fire. To a normal person, that's what it feels like. To me, it just feels like getting punched." Ringo's eyes widened at Holly's description. Just...what are these things? Ringo was wondering if the bokken really was enough. Most likely not if Holly implied that even bladed weapons would have trouble against these things.
"I...see..." Ringo looked down for a moment in thought. How was he going to fight them then if he doesn't have this supposed power that Holly and apparently few others possess? He looked back up to see the exit a bit fair ways in the distance. "Thank you for showing me all this at my insistence..."

Holly chuckled quietly. "You don't need to keep thanking me. It looks like we're getting close to the exit. If there's anything else you want to know hurry up and ask. And," she paused, "I know it'll be hard to stay away, but you'd be better off if you did. Just trust me okay? If there's anything I need help with I'll ask you."
Holly adjusted her bag on her shoulder slightly and continued moving. She still didn't expect that to work, but she really didn't want any civilians exploring that place. Sending someone that not only didn't have reasonable means of fighting them, but would also feel all of their attacks more intensely was just unethical.

"You don't need to keep thanking me. It looks like we're getting close to the exit. If there's anything else you want to know hurry up and ask. And,..." Holly paused for a moment, most likely to think about what more she should add. "I know it'll be hard to stay away, but you'd be better off if you did. Just trust me okay? If there's anything I need help with I'll ask you." Ringo dug through his pocket to take out his cellphone.
"I guess we better trade numbers now." Ringo looked over at Holly from his cellphone. "As for any questions...well I got them answered for now." Ringo glanced at the exit. "But don't worry, if you need me, I'll be around." He decided to keep his plans of further exploration a secret for now...

"Sure, but I don't have my phone on me right now, I'll just write it down and contact you later." After she got a second phone that is, she didn't need people trying to bother her when she didn't want to be bothered. "I've never been able to get the thing to work down here, so I stopped bringing it."
That part was true though. Holly was never able to get a signal in the outer circle, so it just seemed like a waste to risk breaking or losing her phone out here. She lifted her free hand and waved without turning around.

"Sure, but I don't have my phone on me right now, I'll just write it down and contact you later." Holly said. With that Ringo gave her his phone number while Holly gave hers. "Good, I'll see you around then." Holly turned around and waved her free hand over to him. Ringo returned the favor. He started to head off his own way home. At least he found an ally of sorts within the chaos of this incident. He adjusted his long bag and placed the flash light away. It was about time he snuck back out.
Ringo sat back on his chair and sighed as he stared at the ceiling of his apartment. He took out his phone and opened it. No messages. Kind of expected considering the lock down. Ringo started to send a text message to Holly as a test. At least he made a friend since coming here.
