Mosaic City, located along China's coast, is quite large city sometimes called the Crossroads Between Nations due to its diverse population. While it was once a large tourist spot, the city was placed under a blockade as the military appeared claiming there was a radiation leak. The true hazard, however, is much more sinister.

Situated right down the street from that other shop in The Gap, this here little stand resembles something that you would run into in a shopping mall. The kiosk may or may not have been stolen from white lion mall at night when no one was looking. On its counter are a variety of goods scavenged by Seiji and Takeda when out in the wild purple yonder in the outer circle.
Their goods are as follows:
Fire Resistance Mod - Armor modification Lightning Resistance Mod - Armor modification
If you want any of it, make an offer and it'll probably be yours.

"Oh, you can’t help that," said the Cat: "we’re all mad here. I’m mad. You’re mad."
"How do you know I’m mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, or you wouldn’t have come here.”

His first customer had already shown up just a few hours after his stolen kiosk was set up. Relieved that his unlawfully acquired kiosk storefront would be used for something other than making the Gap look pretty, Seiji whistled as he saw the money laid out on the counter. "This'll certainly help pay the bills." Deadpan as ever, Seiji was genuinely grateful to the other person for buying his wares.
Pulling out the wind resistance modification, still carefully wrapped up in thick cloth, he handed it off to the customer after unwrapping it enough to reveal whatever, er, shape the mod had. He didn't really know how those things worked. Handing it off, Seiji gave a polite bow that gave off a Japanese vibe and said, "Come back any time."
